He needs to be fines for his performance on the field!
HE IS TERRIBLE.
Dead last in every major statistical category.
His lack of commitment and work ethic are a complete joke.

Jamarcus should admit he was fined for being late and embrace accusation of being overweight. At least “fat and lazy” is an excuse and possibly fixable. “Just plain inept” is the other possibility and there’s no cure for that. Been a Raider fan since ‘77 and just never dreamed it would get like this. Where’s the light at the end of the tunnel? Seem to be getting farther away.

I’m with Halster on the coaching.

There needs to be a beleivable identity of our offense.

Your D makes a big goal line stop in a divisional game and you have the best punter in the world sitting on the bench.

What do you call “Bombs away”.
Dumb Dumb Dumb.

Give the players some breathing room play a feild position game and then you can mix up your offense.

The coaches should know WHO they are coaching as much as the players should know their assignments.

KoolKel, couldn’t agree more. Remember in one of the live chats how somebody said something like “I don’t think Russell has the mental quickness to be an NFL quarterback” and Jerry responded “how do you know how fast his mind works?” All I could think of was “same way everybody could tell how fast Doug Williams’, Warren Moon’s, Randall Cunningham’s, Vince Young’s, and Michael Vick’s minds worked”. Maybe I’m missing somebody, but have you ever heard of a white quarterback get questioned on whether they’re “smart” or “quick” enough to play in the NFL, at least right off the bat? Of course, we ought not point that out, lest we incoherently get exposed as the “real racists”, which doesn’t make any sense, but hey, I guess it sounded good when Rush said it.

Jay, what is not clear is why Russell looked so damn good at LSU and in
Oakland he is eratic. I have to believe that the difference is at LSU he had a
great O-Line and as we have all seen the Al Davis drafts of the past several
years. No quality O linemen drafted like Upshaw and Shell, etc. Tom Brady
would have problems here for that reason. Al is in love with fast Corners
and Receivers. The O-Line here like the D-Line and Linebackers have been an after thought.That is where a credible GM and scouts would talk Al into better choices.The Line play can make or break a team as we all have seen. Is Ron Wolf still breathing?
