Kelly missing as practice begins
By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer
Monday, November 9th, 2009 at 1:08 pm in Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders began practice at something much closer to full strength Monday, although defensive tackle Tommy Kelly was not present.
Kelly was not listed as injured or ill during last week’s bye week practice sessions. The Raiders signed defensive tackle William Joseph Monday after flying him in last Friday.
Those who were on the field and practicing following warmups and drills included running back Darren McFadden (knee), right tackle Cornell Green (calf), left guard Robert Gallery (leg) and tight end Tony Stewart (chest).
Defensive end Greg Ellis, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery last week, emerged from the locker room when warmups were underway and was walking with no sign of a limp.
More to come following Tom Cable’s post-practice press briefing . . .

Usually, home field is worth 7 points. That would mean the Chiefs would be favored by 6 on a neutral field.

November 9th, 2009 at 1:48 pm
Didn’t the Raiders get a new strength and conditioning coach this year or last? He really has these guys in top physical form… not!

The UN ranked 182 countries on their quality of life – measuring their levels of literacy, school enrolment and the health of their economy.
The United States came in 13th, while the UK trailed behind in 21st. The “worst” country in the world to live in was Niger, followed by Afghanistan and Sierra Leone.
