Now seriously: I’m shocked!!! No intelligent man speaks in the way Russell does. If I was responsible for his hiring in any capacity, after a two minute conversation I would know beyond any doubt and once and for all that he is unqualified for anything but MAYBE a job as an operator in the local car wash. I would not need to see any CV or football highlight reel or anything to come to this conclusion. Seriously, I mean it. NFL quarterback? Leader?? Gym rat??? Face of the franchise??? You’ve got to be kiddin’ me!!

I think those coaches were average, but stuck with the owner’s choice of bad QB’s. Kiffin got fired because he know how bad JamarcASS was coming out, that and he was about as mature as my 5 year old. I don’t think any coaching staff could win with JamarcASS.
