The situation is an embarrassment and disgrace to the entire operation.

Russell’s slothfullness, laziness, skipping of meetings, ignorance of the basics of the position AFTER 3 YRS IN THE ORGANIZATION….is an indictment of the incompetence that emanates from Raider HQ.

The ooaching, scouting and draft strategy. To pick a player so incompetent defies explanation and will stain the Raiders for years….like Leaf does to San Diego.

Tied up the financials and forced the Raiders to toss away another season.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO ALL INVOLVED!

Now we rest our hope in a QB that has very limited ability.

The Raiders will have to start all over again in the offseason.

And no, I don’t believe Gradkowski is anything more than a backup….but I hope he does well.

It’s unfortunate that he needs a special type of structure. Hackett helped Gannon be one of the hardest workers in the league. Now Hackett can’t provide a “structure”?

Get out of here. Russell would never realize his full potential in Oakland, I will give you that, but he is so far from anything near “full potential”, that he deserves zero excuses.
