Grad is a good QB but the nation deserves to have an elite QB and due to his size and lack of arm I think he will get hurt in trying to make some plays because he lacks that arm strength and quick release that premier qb's have. I like the way Grad carries himself and his leadership abilities but honestly he is not the answer 2 or 3 years down the road. GOgo,
