Gruden never coming to Oakland again, even after Al’s dead. Al’s going to leave too many of his boneheaded henchmen in charge, anyway. Gruden’s not stepping foot here if Trask and Herrera are here.

We still should go after him with a 2nd round pick and whatever else it would take. Let him and Gradkowski bang it out next year to see who starts. Their styles are similar so they should really be interchangeable. We still need at a minimum a C, RG & RT. We also need to dump the ZBS and just get back to smash mouth power blocking. Let Bush & Fargas start and pick up Rankin for the #3 spot if he's available. Move DMac to Slot WR spot permanently. Get Nick Miller going to see if he's going to stick. Get rid of all the losers (I.e. JaBustus, Yvonne Walker, Sam Williams, most of the O-line, etc.). Our WR's should be Schillins, Murphy, JLH, Miller, DMac & Bey. The KOR should be DMac & Bey.
