i cannot understand if you have three of the best running backs in the nfl why you do not use them more .the wide recivers they have are rookies except for schiling and the tight end miller. and why they cannot stop the run that has been a problem for years. they have the players with exception of the quarterback they have problems which i know is the biggest problem. but there are plenty of back up qbs they could get to solve that problem. remember rich gannon what he done you should never draft a qb in the first round.

Watching Frye on Sunday was as bad as watching the Colts “turtle” with Painter. If you put Frye & Painter together, you STILL would not have a serviceable NFL QB. When you stare down your intended receiver in the NF friggin’ L, well..that’s bad enough! But when you have a pop-gun for arm strength, you are DOOMED to throw multiple ints every game. The DBs make Frye THINK he’s got an open man. They bait Frye into throwing at them so they can pick his weakass throw off. Frye is showing why every other team dumped him. Instead of making $400K/yr (or whatever it is), Frye should be making minimum wage at Safeway or Kinney Shoes. Guaranteed loss for the Raiders this week. Guaranteed Frye throws more than 1 int. In fact, let’s start the under/over at 1.5 ints for Frye. What say Ye, Raider Nation? Over or Under?

JaMarcus: This is the one last chance for JaMarcus to have a positive feeling going into the off-season. For the sake of potential development, without diminishing the team’s chances to be competitive in the game, I say it’s time to put JaMarcus out there one more time.

A few months to digest the Ravens’ Defense, and his own QB future, might be just what the doctor ordered for JaMarcus. There aren’t any other on-the-job-training opportunities left for him this season.

Vick is RB pretending to be a QB. We need a real QB. Enough of the circus play. Pick-up Troy Smith, QB-RFA, Ravens and we’ll have a shot at a good young talent that could work out at QB. He’s got a strong arm, is accurate and mobile and would have been the Raven’s starter had it not been for an injury. He WANTS to be the starter and I predict would be interested in Oakland. we could also get him at minimal cost (draft pick wise).

Hiring a GM and Gruden and then adding Vick is the way to go.

Just adding Vick to lousy AD football with Cable as HC is not the answer as well.

There is a “skills” clause in JaMarcus Russell’s contract that stipulates if his “skills” aren’t up to a professional standard they can terminate his contract with having to pay out the remainder or be penalized for doing so.

Actually, Dogg, I think that clause was one Al WANTED included, the clause that held up the signing into the second week of the season, but it never was added.

Players union laughed out loud that anyone would even consider running that by a draft pick, hoping they would accept.

4EVA, he’s just a kid, learning, thrown in too quick, no O-Line, our right side is the biggest Joke in the NFL. We can’t even run the ball? This team under Cable is the biggest joke that we have every seen, I admire Cable for his loyalty, but he is not the man for this job, IMHO!
