DHB, Myers return
By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer

Wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey and tight end Brandon Myers were on the field Wednesday as the Raiders concluded warmups and drills and began practice in prepration for facing the Baltimore Ravens.
Heyward-Bey missed four games with a foot strain, while Myers was out the last two weeks because of concussion symptoms.
Left guard Langston Walker, who was kicked in the leg and missed the bulk of a 23-9 loss to Cleveland, was wearing an ankle brace in the locker room and was not on the field at practice with Chris Morris going through drills with the first team.

Well if there was ever a year to trade up….this is the year….for SUH!
Then draft MLB Micah Johnson in Round 2 and then draft OT in Round 3.
Trade the #8-10 pick and one of the 3rd rounders and one of the 5th rounders from the Burgess trade to move up to get Suh!

Once Al drafts Taylor Mays, we will have the fastest defense in Madden 11 and I will be able to dominate. I will continue to put Trevor Scott at LE and Richard Seymour at DT. Have Mitchell, Morrison, and Howard at LB, and Branch and Mays at Safeties. YES!!!! No one is goingto be able to score on me in Madden next year. Thank you AL. You are the greatest Madden GM of all time.

Doubt Suh ends up being a bust.
He will beat his man most of the time in one on ones and he will end up being a player offensive lines will have to account for and double team. Suh will end up being better than both Kelly and Warren, thats for damn sure.
