Come on guys let's face it. Either one of us would make a better General Manager than Al Davis. You know why? Because anybody in their right mind saw Adrian Peterson as a once in a decade type of running back and would've picked him instead JaSkittles. Or would've drafted Ryan Clady because we needed the help on the line in the worst way. ETC

So can we all agree that Russell is not to take all the blame for this season. …

———————–

You’re right. JaMarcus doesn’t deserve ALL the blame for this season.

Just 95% of it.

——————————————————
That’s just really dangerous man!

What does that really mean? It seems like we would just simply need a QB change and we could keep everything else in play then.

Why is EVERYONE saying that we need a C, RG, RT, MLB, Nickle Corner, AND a new HC if Russell was 95% of the problem?

----------------------------------

We need upgrades at all those things but it's a QB-driven league. Those other needs wouldn't seem so pressing if we had Peyton Manning at QB and were getting ready for our bye week heading into the playoffs at 12-4 or 13-3.

And Manning is an extreme example because he may go down as the best QB of all-time, but a journeyman like Gradkowski probably could've led this team to 9-7 if he had the whole year under center.

We definitely do need a run-stuffing MLB and most importantly major upgrades on the o-line.

Bottom line is the O-Line stinks. The only reason JaMarcus came in the game yesterday was becuade Frye was a walking crash test dummy.

Who is the coach on this team that specializes in offensive line work? Tom Cable.

He is an O-line coach and clearly not as good of a coach as HE thinks he is. If he can’t even get the O-line straightened out, how the hell can he be expected to be a Head Coach as well as an Offensive Coordinator?
=======

YOU NEED SOME TALENT TO COACH

THE MAJORITY OF US WERE SCREAMING FOR O-LINE IN THE DRAFT. WE COULD OF GOTTEN EUGENE MONROE OR MICHAEL OHER INSTEAD OF DHB AND STILL GOTTEN MURPHY LATER
