You gotta be kidding me. I almost feel like I’m giving Ryan too much credit, but it sounds like he was trying to pull off some kind of Jedi-mind trick. Thinking the Raiders are gonna say ok, lets let Jamarcus loose against the lonley Browns. Ryan and his defense were probably licking their chops at the thought of Jamarcus steping in between the lines.

Bottom line is this…Robby is the guy we fired because his (play good till it matters)defense was DEAD LAST in rushing. And now a year later we are gonna bring him back? Not only that, we’re gonna give him a promotion?!? Terrible…but absolutly believable in Raiderland.

Before we couldn’t find anyone that wanted the job. Now reports are Mooch and Ryan want the job. Wouldn’t mind seeing an interview list that consisted of Mooch, Ryan, Frazier, Harbaugh, Zimmer (Bengals DC). Get rid of Cable. I personally would prefer Harbaugh, but he probably wouldnt be interested. So I would def. take Mariuchi as option B.

ASSesment of Russell???? That pretty much covers the word for Russell. As far as Tom Cables, ?? I’m not sure he can get any better…..I like his attitude, but I would really like to see a coach for the Raiders who could match the bad guys reputation days of old. When Bad Boys, Bad Boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you……worked.
Russell may be able to throw through a storm, but if his receivers don’t trust him, he might as well go ahead and throw it to the other team to begin with, OH, Yeh he does, or fumbles it. If I were on the offense, I would let the defense get to him too, cause maybe he will get hurt, and we might have to (are you listening AL?) get a decent quarterback. I really believe Gradkowski can do the job, but with both Knees, not much hope for him.
Please, Please no Rob Ryan……So what about Winston Moss???? Howie mentioned him yesterday.

Maine, what coverage? Nobody cares about the Raiders. ESPN has given the Raiders a mass total of about 3 seconds per day. “No news on Raiders and Cable”. That’s it. Buried at the end of sportscenter, when they’re just cracking jokes and making fun of stuff. After they’ve show all of the day’s highlights, and covered all of the day’s important stories. I’d think the Raiders didn’t even exist anymore if it wasn’t for the local media. It’s been all McGuire, Kiffin, Arenas, and Haiti, all week. Raiders = irrelevant.
