Raiders get Campbell at No. 106

Bruce Campbell, the workout warrior the Raiders were supposedly looking to draft at No. 8, was selected instead in the fourth round, at No. 106.
Campbelll joins Jared Veldheer as offensive tackle selections for the Raiders in the third and fourth rounds.

Lamarr Houston was a nice pick.
This guy may not master a single position for a few years but he can give you snaps at every spot, he’s strong and fast, really athletic with a great motor and disposition.
Mike Wauffle rotated 6 or 7 guys while in NY and they had guys like Justin Tuck, Jay Alford and Kiwanuka who could move around, Houston brings that kind of versatility.

AWESOME pick. When we were picking at #8 on Thursday, I was actually saying “Not Campbell. Not Campbell” when Goodell approached the mike.
However, NOW we’re talking about a player that a lot of people saw legitimately going in the late first or early second rounds. And we got him in the fourth. Awesome.

Cambell is an outstanding pic here, Cambell should have been long gone by now. Raiders are having a steady draft. I thought I would be looking at a player I never herd of. Good job raiders…now Jacoby Ford, fastest player in the draft. Outstanding

Hes also the 6th WR on the roster now. I would have gone for Cam for sure, or if they wanted a returner I think Akwasi should have been the pick. Im still happy as can be right now about our draft.
