Jacksonville may be the future home of JR.
It’s a small market team with not much media coverage to rip on him.
They have no long range plan at QB and could gamble on someone like JR.
Perhaps the best reason is that it’s close to Mobile. What better place for a Momma’s boy to play, than near his Momma.

I agree with you that there was better production when the QBs changed…but look what happened they did get in there (injuries). In terms of development of a rookie/2nd year did not have the play calling that a Mark Sanchez benefited from in NY. A lot of runs limited passing out of the play-action to help get a rhythm. Instead there was 1st down bombs(Denver game).

We probably could have established the run with the talent that we had.

But in the end if he did not want to learn the playbook, be in-shape, and accept accountabilty…no one could have helped him.

The Chiefs are a possibility. I’m sure JaMarcus would love to be a chef for the revenge factor.
But having after Brady all those years, I can’t see Pioli wanting to sign JR.

On a side note, I saw a documentary on Kobiyashi, and I almost pi$$ed myself laughing at how much food the guy ate in training. It was insane.
