Anyone that says the Raiders belong is L.A. isn’t a Raider fan, they left for a reason.
Fans from Oakland are Raider fans.
Fans from L.A. are fans of the image of the Raiders.

And yes, I am speaking in a general sense, there are actual Raider fans in L.A. and vice versa.
