Issues with Twitter

Unable to post Twitter updates as of now. Over-capacity when I attempt to post from my computer, and from my company phone I keep getting the message “Error posting status _ empty response. You may want to try again later.
I’ve tried dozens of times already, and don’t want to spend too much practice time with an “empty repsonse.”
Will check in after practice here regardless . . .

Any bum off the street can come in and play FB. When was the last time a FB was drafted in the first or second round for that matter? That fact alone tells you the importance of the position.
________________________________________________________
you sound so stupid that Harrera seem like a genius..
ask any Hall of Famer RB if the FB is a dismissal position… they would say “NOOOO dumbasss, you dont know anything about football”
A RBs road to the HOF is paved by a FBs work..
do you know these names.. Tom Rathman, Lorenzo Neal, Darryl Johnston, Mike Alstott, Jim Finn…
btw Darryl Johnston was drafted in the 2nd round, that was when there were more than 7 rounds…

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) The 49ers moved a step closer to leaving their longtime San Francisco home after residents in the Silicon Valley city of Santa Clara voted in favor of a new stadium for the NFL team.
The 49ers have played in San Francisco since the franchise was established more than 60 years ago and have called Candlestick Park their home since the early 1970s. They have won five Super Bowls during their stay.
By approving Measure J, voters in Santa Clara signed off on a plan by the team to build the 68,500-seat stadium in the city.
Under preliminary terms with the team, the city and area hotels would contribute $114 million to the $937 million project next to Great America theme park.
Team officials spent almost $4 million in support of Measure J.

1) you seem to think that the draft status is the same as success, did you think JaMarcus was the QB savior??
2) do you understand the difference between a hot commodity and a value player??
as I said before I know Darryl Jonston was drafted in the 2nd round, I know Justin Griffith was drafted in the 4th, I know Tony Richardson was undrafted?
does this mean anything? NO, it just proves you wrong, any guy on the street cant just walk in an making it to NFL as a FB, if so, why the he11 dont you suit up?
in fact its easier to make a so-so RB a probowler with a great FB, than it is to make a great RB a probowler with an so-so FB…

YES!!!! Nice answer Rocker. 2. 2 fullbacks were drafted in the 2010 NFL draft. BY FAR the least of any position. What exactly does that tell a braniac like yourself if it DOESNT tell you the lack of importance NFL teams put on the FB position??

people blame the O-Line for Russell’s struggles. He was protected by a 3rd rounder & undrafted guy at the tackle spots. but those guys aren’t important, right?
Asomugha makes more money than anybody else on this team and we haven’t won more than 5 teams during his time here. He’s much more important than the undrafted DT’s, right? those guys can fail and it won’t matter, but if Nnamdi gets burned GAME OVER.

Pretty simple, the shelf-life of a true-blocking FB is probably around 4 years, so they don’t have much of a premium in the draft and don’t get paid much either.
Didn’t Lorenzo Neal have like 10 straight years of blocking for a 1,000 yard back, and it was over like 3 teams and 4 or 5 runners?
Not many elite FB’s like Neal. Guarantee if Lorenzo Neal was 22 and in this draft, he would have been a 3rd or 4th rounder.
June 9th, 2010 at 10:47 am
CHARGERS IN TURMOIL!
The simmering contract situations surrounding Chargers wide receiver Vincent Jackson and left tackle Marcus McNeill look ready to boil.
We mentioned a report from Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune earlier this week that both players that the players are prepared to sit out into training camp and beyond. ESPN’s Adam Schefter writes that is precisely their plan.
Both players do not plan to report for the start of training camp and Jackson especially appears to be readying for a long holdout that could extend into the season. We heard McNeill may sign his tender before holding out, but Schefter writes that both players plan to stay unsigned for a long time.
We don’t doubt the serious intent of both players, but this is typically tough talk for June. If we hit late August, and both players are still absent, then we’ll know they are serious.

is anybody concerned about the run defense yet?
Seymour & Kelly are absent. but McClain, Wimbley & Scott are present, as well as those stud DT’s Bryant & Joseph up front
middle of the D-Line = soft as butter
even McBush is ripping it up behind guys like Satele & Lawton. LOL!

BSJ: think maybe we should try Bruce Campbell & Jon Condo at DT since they don’t contribute to the O-Line or LB corps ???

Brian the Genital, so on top of being the reigning blog punching bag you’re also a Celtic fan?
Oh man, the hits just keep coming!
I can just see it now – next you’re going to tell us you’re a wacked out old cokehead, you’re KrappyKell’s grandson and you have the same measurements as Tyra Banks.
Uh, wait a minute …

If you people think you can judge run defense at an OTA with no pads or tackling, I have a bridge to sell you cheap…

2 or 3 catches a game minimum. And the fact that Hue will put him in position to catch the ball quickly and then run with might make that number go way up.
He’s going to be HUGE for us over the next few years!

Bruce will get his playing time once Langston shows why even the lowly Bills fired his abundant, locally-grown ass.
Condo should be playing in Canada, and our second string center should be longsnapping period.

Brian the Genital, stop kidding around you little silly buns! We all know you’re the softest thing in this blog this side of Albert Bigelo Puss!
But besides having a confirmed rep as a softie, its not going to help that you’re also a whiny Celtic fan!
Man, you sure love pouring oil into the fire, don’t you Brian!
Good thing your grandpa Krappy isn’t here to see this, he’d give you a good old fashioned hillybilly butt whooping! Eeeeeehaaaaw!
