I was more referring to the past but… McClain is a hopeful for leadership, not proven, Seymour may not even be here next year, who knows if Henderson will even make it through camp, there are still a lot of people that say he is done, and Nnamdi is a hell of a guy on and off the field but what kind of leadership has he REALLY shown in the last 7 years? Could he really reign in a 400 pounder? Just saying, these guys are not Ray Lewis, or Haloti Ngata or Mike Tomlin or Farrior or Harrison…

Mt Cody will be all right in Baltimore. There is enough leadership from top to bottom there to get him on track and keep him there much like Casey Hampton… I am certain Cody would have failed in Oakland… Much like Jamarcus

Did anyone else find it interesting that Campbell brought up DHB in his Q&A rather than any other O player. Who knows how DHB will play this year but that does sound like good news.

Once again the Raiders’ fail to recognize how a player’s personality will affect their performance or the team’s chemistry…D. Russell, J. Russell, Turd, C. Woodson, D. Hall etc etc etc.

Al…time to put some stock in psychiatric analysis of these players before you draft them or give them huge contracts.
