COW – I am not so sure Morris was a big surprise Veldheer starting, after really only one game at C coming from a DIV II school is! It is a testament to his athleticism – superior to our entire OL (except “maybe” Gallery)

Scott will remain at OLB, I see Jay Richardson being resigned with a new contract more favorable to Al’s pocket book, especially if Bryant is the on that goes to IR.

Unless we pick up another player, which I’m sure we will waiver wire or trade, could be a two for one going on, Huff + one?

Priest – I think J Rich is odd out because he is a base guy. If he isn’t in on first down, he’s not getting in. If we start Houston and Matt S and have Wimbley, Scott, Seymour etc as situational players, JR never sees the field. Just a numbers game.

TOLD YOU – It isn’t hard to figure out when you look at it like a coach.

Told you after the Seattle game Veldheer was the starting C and Morris was going to be the surprise cut.

The 99 yard return allowed by the back-ups locked in S Williams and Eugene for special teams at least.

No need for a third TE with Pears.

Figurs is on scholarship.

If the team can’t swing a quick trade they’ll likely IR someone or cut Eugene or a WR.
