    Good afternoon NATION.

  • guest123

Hilmar? Just outside Turlock? Used to play highschool ball gainst those yellojackets. seems ages ago.

    Hope you’re having fun Jerry.

  • Dirtiest Raccoon

Jerry knows, the best never rest!

  • guest123

Hilmar, you can smell the cows a mile before you see the “Welcome to Hilmar” sign.

  • guest123

They could give everyone in Hilmar tix to tommorows game, and it would still look half empty.

  • Kirk

    We will win tomorrow.

From the last thread-the whiners don’t sell out their games. The team buys unsold tickets to make it look like a sellout. They haven’t sold out in years.

  • RaiderRetribution

Raiders will win the next two games.

Texans tomorrow then onto to division opponents.

  • buckeyeraider

    ‘Sup fellas?

  • Sorry Jerry. Won’t be participating in the live chat. I will be watching in HD tomorrow instead of the crappy feed on the Internet.

  • buckeyeraider

Like the Raiders chances tomorrow. Put me down for 24-20,Raiders in another nail biter.

Raiders are getting a little banged up, but so are the Texans. Andre Johnson, TE Owen Daniels is gimpy. And don’t forget about Mr. over-trained-athlete-syndrome. Raiders catch a break with this being the final week of his 4 game suspension. Still can’t believe the way that SOB got away with clubbing Russell upside the head last year. The way they protect QB’s now. Unbelievable.

Seems like I read their LT is hurt too. Anybody hear anything about that? That could be huge. Raiders need to pressure Schaub. And also put the wraps on Arian Foster. Let DMac take his rightful place as AFC’s leading rusher.

    Just win, Baby!

  • GG

McClain is gradually getting there. He’s been getting better with each real game.

Watch for him to take yet another step forward this week, hounding Foster all game.

He’ll make some mistakes, or due to play-calling be in drop back zone coverage, sometimes get clogged up by blockers, but his gap assignment and shed-blocking will improve this game, will get a handle on Foster often.

Big game for Houston and Shaughnessy too in this regard.

Let me know where to find you tomorrow in the parking lot.

  • Raiders for life

    Lets goooo Raaaiiideeeeersss.

  • djohnnyg

    Houston 41
    Oakland 14

  • Nnamdi21

    Oakland 28-10

  • Nnamdi21

    Grads to Miller, pick one…

  • Chris in NY

Don’t worry. Grads will guide us to victory. …
Although I have a nagging feeling that a horrendously blown call by the officials could cost us this one. Just feels like we’re due for one of those.

But I have a stronger feeling Grads is going to come to the rescue with some late game heroics once again.

  • guest123

I got a bad feeling about tommorow’s game. Too many guys hurt. And we have one of the true dimwitted coaches in the NFL.

    Here’s what Cable said recently:

We’ve done got over the hump,” he said. “We’re no longer soft or not tough or can’t come from behind. … Hell, we spotted them a touchdown and answered it right away and kept on playing.

“I like the mentality of our team a ton.”

Now, I ask you, who speaks like this in an educamated field? What in tarnation is hillbilly tom spittin out his mouff?

    what an imbecile!

  • Guy

Is Walter McFadden still out? We look pretty thin at CB especially if Chris Johnson is still out, unless we go back to branch and mitchell at safety again.

  • 23-20 Raiders Fugg all you haters!

  • My Brain says…

Raiders lose the next 2 weeks.

Won’t pick up another win until San Fran

    My Heart says…

Raiders find a way to gut out 3 straight.

  • USC goes down. LOL!

  • Raiders for life

Boise st. 59-0 over New mexico st. Chris Peterson is a really, really good coach

  • SaintKaufman

    Raiders WIN going away! Period!

    Good day to you sir!

  • What hasn’t been talked about a lot in here is the Titans can’t defend the pass very well, maybe we will play to their weakness this week, stretch their secondary, and utilize the slot, this can be a very easy game to win, by time management, and some key BLITZING! Got it Cable-guy? Geesh?

  • Out, just worked 16, back in in 7hrs, but won’t miss the game….Night Raiders!

  • Try Some Reality

    Big Banana
    Raiders 31-17

  • djohnnyg

I hope Raiders win, but I am done with thinking that they will. It’s better to be a realist. Raiders have no receivers..How can they win with Ford and Higgins? They can’t.

I’m sick of the same ole crap. Lose, lose, lose, that’s all they ever do.

Even if they play well they’ll come up with some new creative way to blow it at the end. It is as it always is. Last week convinced me of that.

  • Kirk

Chris Peterson is the best coach in football.

  • raiders22

i dont get how you fellas week after week predict a win. were gonna get destroyed.
we all know it, its just that we pray for a win..just maybe we’ll shock them and win….until the game starts, and we’re the same POS team.

whether johnson plays or not, i look for them to win by 21 or more just like i said erlier in the week.

    hope im wrong

  • SharkCatcher

I would like to get all our wives or gfs in a room to speak about how a Raider loss affects us…that would be funny and sad.

As Chris in NY said a couple of weeks ago, with every quarterback since Gannon when they went out there we expected something bad to happen.
Finally, with Gradowski, you expect something good to happen.

The only defense ranked worse than Houston is Washington and the Texans can have trouble getting to the passer.
With McFadden running well and maybe Bush back we can win this game.

There’s got to be some noise in that stadium today!

    Raiders 27-24.

  • 8RaiderReign8

    In a must win game,

    Raiders 30

    Texans 28

  • Violent Hands

According to the calculations in the study done by a researcher with Football Outsiders, the source of the data, the Oakland Raiders compare well with the Houston Texans. The Oakland Raiders outrank the Houston Texans in several categories as of Oct. 2, 2010.

All that is needed is for capability to be transformed to execution.

    Go Raiders

  • HairyBush

DHB is listed as questionable, does anyone know the severity of the injury?
