Status quo on injuries
By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer
Friday, October 15th, 2010 at 10:56 am in Oakland Raiders.
Bruce Gradkowski looked to be a spectator for the third straight day Friday, opening the door for Jason Campbell to start against the 49ers.
Gradkowski had no helmet or protective shells for the light practice.
Players who were not at practice were defensive tackle John Henderson (stress fracture), Travis Goethel (lower back), running back Michael Bennett (hamstring), linebacker Thomas Howard (knee) and wide receiver Chaz Schilens (knee).
Darren McFadden was suited up and chances are Cable will say it’s a game time decision later this afternoon.
More to come . . .

but at least he’s trying and he’s got more upside than Crabtree.

Time for a turn the corner “statement” game from our defense!
We need to come out with a performance that actually has Singletary take swing at Alex Smith.

WE NEED TO GROUND AND POUND THE 9ORS INTO SUBMISSION

G’morning fellas….cheers to Mike Mitchell hopefully doing his thing again this week against Vernon Davis…
October 15th, 2010 at 11:02 am
Want to see DMAC in the slot or as a decoy, if he can go….
We must break them…..
October 15th, 2010 at 11:03 am
We need to abuse Smith… would be great to send him wobbling to the sideline to confer with Coach Tripletary.

thanks Doc Dakota!
yeah we got one of those little things they sleep on that’ll keep the baby positioned on it’s back … it actually says something about preventing SIDS on the box
I heard ceiling fans were a no-no though?

ROCKSTAR,
Those baby positioners have been recalled…we used one for a couple of months back in April and May, thank god nothing happened!
http://www.recalllawsuit.com/2010/09/sleep-positioner-recall-lawsuit/
As to the ceiling fan:
“A new study has yielded a surprising finding about circulating air in an infant’s room.
Keeping the air moving around with an overhead fan dramatically reduced the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) by 72 percent, researchers reported Monday.”

tix still available but will those cheap whiners buy em up or do i have to go down to that sewage system they call candlestick and whip some butt?

Dakota,
What do you recommend to fight RSDS – Raider Season Death Syndrome?
October 15th, 2010 at 11:15 am
The niners hardly ever have Blacked Out game’s.
October 15th, 2010 at 11:16 am
This is a great test for this team. They are coming off a big win, and playing a team that they should beat. That said, the 49ers are desperate for a win, talented, and playing at home in a rivalry game. These are the wins that good teams must have. I saw a clip of Cable in the locker room after the Charger game- he is much more impressive talking to the team than to the media. I think the team will come out hungry, blitz Smith into submission, and grind out a 17-6 victory. Miller will have a field day agaisnt TMays,Bush will run for over 100 yards again. Go Raiders!

BCZ, just because Clausen stinks out the gate doesn’t mean McCoy does too!
XXXXXXX
Did you see McCoy? He struggled mightily in preaseason against scrubs, and a lot of clevelanders wondered how he even made the team? No he is going to lead the team to victory over the steelers? No way.

The Niners buyout their own unsold tickets all the time to try and avoid the local blackout.
October 15th, 2010 at 11:45 am
Clausen has a decent OL with at least 2 first rounders at OT and WR Steve Smith, 4 time Pro Bowler and 3 times All-Pro, and a great running game with DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart (both surpassed 1100 rushing yards last season)
JaFatty is a bust, but he had non of that.
October 15th, 2010 at 11:52 am
As someone mentioned earlier…
Zack Miller is going to have a field day against T. Mays.
Sit out DMAC!
Let him heal 100%, Bush is totally capable of carrying the rock 20-25 times.
Stop Gore, but don’t forget about Davis.
Raiders win!

Look for the REFS to screw the Raiders as much as possible in this game versus the Niners.
The books and oddsmakers have already declared there will be soem shady activity in this game.

I am looking for this game to be J Camp and DHBs break out games.
I have a feeling Craptree is going to have a good game. I have no confidence in our DBs pass protection. I am also worried about the running game.
October 15th, 2010 at 12:31 pm
We need big special teams play again this game. Our D sucks lets be honest!
October 15th, 2010 at 12:32 pm

we need to stuff gore and force them to throw but we know crabtree will be lost on planet ASO routt can handle morgan huff on vernon davis but we don’t need some WR no one has ever heard us lighting us up like we do half the time
October 15th, 2010 at 12:34 pm
CJ…..no matter what just when the clock expires…..we need to be ahead…I’ll be there and will be pissed off heading east over the bridge if we lose
I was on 580 this morning in traffic talking shhht massively to this mexican 49er fan…..he rolled down window and flipped me off lol
October 15th, 2010 at 12:42 pm
Aso surely needs to play better than last week….we all know the refs are ready to flag us so he cant do things that get flagged….simple as that
Crabtree will get some catches but we cant let him have his breakout game.
I expect Hue to try and get DHB involved early….now him producing is something else
October 15th, 2010 at 12:48 pm
Fat Kidd…..seriously come on man. This mexican guy was riding in a big body clean benz……the leaf blower thing is not needed.

for the most part Crabcakes has been non existant this year.
I drafted him in Dell’s FF league so trust me, I know!
the only reason he “went off” last week was because he was matched up with Philly’s 3rd string CB (starter was injured). If he abuses Routt i’ll be pissed, but really not surprised

Come on you are the idiot going with those in depth did you know f@g ass stuart scott stats. I plainly said he turned the ball over more and its proof. You used fumbles as support for your garbage but made sure to not have the INTs there. That is sad.
You will never call me a puxxy face to face thats for damn sure

Raiders will come out throwing, build a lead and then run the ball down their throats
Raiders 35 Faires 24
Bet the house on it.
October 15th, 2010 at 12:58 pm
You talking trash on JC’s effort last sunday is comical. Guess he wasnt a leader when he led them on two straight TD drives that took much of the clock out eh? Beat the Chargers our long time thorn in the side? Yeah he wasn’t a leader at all lol
Oh yeah Grad doesnt leave points out there right? Please talk about that again….I need a good laugh

October 15th, 2010 at 1:08 pm
Can’t believe the Niners are favored by 6.5. I might seriously throw 1100 on it to win a stack…
They (linesmakers) must really think what Rivers did to us, any QB can. We’re gonna humiliate Alex Smith – guaranteed!

Looks too obvious. Tempted myself, but it scares me some. The Whiners are gonna win a game sometime. Just hope it’s not this week.
October 15th, 2010 at 1:14 pm
Biatch,
1 blowout. 1 17 points out of 35 scored by the team. Go ahead and build JC a statue outside the coliseum. 40k fans booing him must be as blind as me as well. Actually make that 39,999. I forgot that you were the only one cheering for him at the Coliseum.
You’ve been blasting on here about turnover stats. You got exposed. Now I’m a geek. Hey one more turnover stat for you, who’s the only qb who threw a pick 6 this year for the Raiders?

Thats what I was thinking too Debo, but in actuality, they just really think we suck like that. If anything, it should be Niners -3 and they think we’re even and just playing on the road, but they really think we’re trash! Thats the come-up play of the week on the entire board….
October 15th, 2010 at 1:30 pm
I know I’m cashing in on the 6.5 points we are getting. I think we put the beat down on these cheese and wine eating clowns!!! RAAAIIIDDDEEERRRSSS!!!!!
