KoolKell, the ladies heart, from burning hell.

Michael Vick is simply playing ball right now. Andy Reid knows football. Turned Vick into a pocket passer with speed to boot…..man!

  3. priesttj Says:

Think if he had never gone to prison where would he be right now, maybe trying to win his second SB try stopping this guy in the playoffs.

The only difference is now he has real weapons in ATL he only had a TE now he has it all. That’s the real difference. Yeah I know he needed to mature but he would’ve eventually done that.

    GAME OVER BOY’S

    =====================================================
If he came out of college with the attitude and maturity…where he would be right now would be ridiculous.

But Vick admitted he needed that prison time to reset himself.

I think its awesome that the guy seems to have changed his mindset. He’s working hard…and gaining respect.

    I like redemption stories.

  13. Dirtiest Raccoon Says:

The Miami Dolphins have made a move to improve their suddenly paper-thin depth at quarterback.

Sources confirm to NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi that Miami has signed veteran Patrick Ramsey.

  14. Dirtiest Raccoon Says:

The Dolphins gave at least four other free-agent quarterbacks a tryout Monday, including Tom Brandstater, Tommy Grady, J.T. O’Sullivan and JaMarcus Russell, according to NFL insider Jason La Canfora. The team was expected to sign a roster replacement for Pennington.

  15. KoolKell Says:

Troy Smith added that dimension to the 49ers last night.
    Mobility, Strong Arm, Playmaker.

  16. Dirtiest Raccoon Says:

The 31-year-old Ramsey has bounced around the league since his four-year stint with the Washington Redskins ended in 2005. His most recent stop came last month in Jacksonville, where he was signed and released by the Jaguars over the course of a week. He has thrown 35 touchdowns and 31 interceptions in his career with a passer rating of 74.9.

    Your 2011 RAIDERS starting QB…

  17. armond Says:

can campbell start to play like this over the next 7 games? this how a qb needs to play. i never liked all that game manager bs. i want a stud qb that can win me games. its time for soup to get his sh!t 2gether. if the raiders are to go far we need stellar qb play NOW!!

  19. priesttj Says:

Didn’t they just give DMcNabb $$78 mill I wonder if Snyder is trying to put a stop Payment to that signing bonus?

Love watching the Rat squirm on the sideline.(:

Doesn’t Rat jr. look like he should be taking your order at Subway?

  21. r8eray Says:

    Raiders are +7.5 vs Pits.

  22. SnB Production Says:

    Armond,

Vick, at the moment, is one of the best QBs in the league….He is playing at Brady/Manning levels.

Campbell and Gradkowski still has a ways to go to get an elite level like that.

What we need is steady “game manager bs” as you called it…type of football.

No turnovers and take a couple of shots down the field.

  23. 909RaiderLifer Says:

    270 yards in the 1st. qtr… whoa nelly..Philly is CARVING the Skins…

  24. TerrapinRaider Says:

Somebody wake the Skins up! Its MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL! C’MON MAN!!

    LOL.

Man, teams are getting blown out this year constantly.

  25. armond Says:

snb we will need more than that. im tired of watchin other teams with good to great qb play. i dont think its wrong to ask for more than what we get. id like to see campbell take control of his opportunity. the raiders are asking someone to take this damn job and run with it. they want more than a game manager which is why cable always talks that cut it loose sh!t.

  26. SnB Production Says:

    Priesttj,

Not all McNabb’s fault. Lots of drops for Washington. Also, they reviewed their options and felt McNabb is the guy.

They wouldn’t have put that money out there if they didn’t think it was in their best interests. And that was after all that flap

The Raiders set the trend for this type of activity….

  40. YoungAmerican Says:

I’m kind of glad Tyler Thigpen is going to get a shot in Miami. Always thought the kid had the tools to be a pretty good NFL QB. Now he’s got a great opportunity to audition for every team in the league.

  41. KoolKell Says:

Jeremy Maclin made a helluva catch, no?

  42. SnB Production Says:

  46. VanHeathen Says:

Shanahan may not bring his team back out for the 2nd half..this is ridiculous.

  47. priesttj Says:

Now as I was saying Campbell is more of a dropback pocket passer with very good mobility. he is very strong in the pocket. He has a very good arm and he’s much more accurate than people want to admit. And he’s more competitive than I thought seeing these last 3 games.

My honest opinion on him is he has a chance to be very good if he continues to improve in some very manageable areas. Recognition and trust…………very simple.

Once he knows that guy’s will make plays and the trust kicks in he can throw it with most QB’s. He can make plays with his mobility he did it in that last drive to tie the game. At first I didn’t think he was very confident but I think that was really trust.

Once he knows who to trust in certain situations and knows they will make plays he’ll be fine. He has everything else.

  48. YoungAmerican Says:

Safe money is on the Eagles keeping Vick around for a while. With him they look like a Superbowl-caliber team.

  49. VanHeathen Says:

Wonder how much of McNabb’s money was guaranteed???
Looks like Washington needs more than just a QB…

  50. Thec07 Says:

We ran that same play against denver….BFD…

  51. KoolKell Says:

Nice to see Mike Shanahan horsewhipped on national TV!

  52. TerrapinRaider Says:

This may just be the most money Vick will get paid per hour during a game without being injured.

1Q of play LOL and you might as well sit him for the rest of the game. LOL! This sht is ridiculous.

This is what Campbell needs to do. Take notes Camp. You have to let the ball go down fied and give you WRs a chance to make the play. Thats all Vick is doing. His WRs are just as covered as our are sometimes down field. But truth be told, he has the arm to outthrow the coverage.

That pass to Maclin was out of a cannon.

  53. VanHeathen Says:

McNabb can laugh all the way to the bank as the Redskins lose (are losing by five touchdowns at halftime) again and again.
also a treat to watch MeAngelo be abused and then quit, acting injured. leading the league in intercepts as well as yards allowed and touchdowns surrendered – Elvis Patterson would be proud.

r8der4lfe21 I think CJ 37 is the one who wants to lay a hit on Ward after the uncalled face mask he did on him last year.

    ================

RNS mentioned that. Saw him do it against someone else too.

The guy plays up tight man on Ward and Ward just reaches out and pulls himslef by with the guys face mask. Plain as day in the replays.

He’s one of my least favorite players.

  122. YoungAmerican Says:

I’m not about to hate on a guy who plays physical ball and knows when to bend the rules. Raider rule #1: Cheating is encouraged.

I would have loved for Ward to have been a Raider. He’s my kind of football player.

    So…whats the story with Chaz??

    ================

I can’t imagine that dudes cardio is anywhere near NFL ready. How long has he been off his feet?

First he had the busted foot. Then the knee surgery cuz he was over compensating for the foot.

Jerry said he saw him running and cutting hard the other day but who knows? He’s probably back in a boot because of it.

    Have to see.

He could be one of those guys worth the wait. IF he can get and stay healthy mang…

  124. Nnamdi21 Says:

    122. He’s a dirty p***k and a cheap shot artists.

All for it back in the day when that was the way ofit. No one did it better than the silver and black but he’s not a Raider.

    He’s a dirty Steeler and I remember the 70s…

    NO love for Pitt EVER!

  125. YoungAmerican Says:

Apparently the knock on him in college was that he couldn’t stay healthy. I don’t see him starting now, but we can always hope.

The dude is a clone of Miles Austin. If only he could stay on the field…

  126. priesttj Says:

Vick is a beast, if anyone still thinks this kid is not the best QB in the game right now I’d like to know why. He is the most dynamic QB ever in the history of the game. At one time Randall Cunningham was very similar but he never sustained it over more than a few years all we can do is give Vick his chance.

Oh yeah Steve Young would have to be the measuring stick for his type. But Vick is so explosive. And his arm is as strng an arm as you’ll ever see. I’m not sure how to describe his talent over than to say it is flat out lethal.

  127. YoungAmerican Says:

The only Steeler I truly loathe is Lynn Swann because he’s a flat-out p***y and a hypocrite. His team did all the things the Raiders did, but when he gets knocked around he cries about how they were trying to deliberately hurt him… Well, no s**t, dude.

I hate the Steelers as a team, but you have to at least respect some of those players.

  128. priesttj Says:

YA Chaz is a luxury that’s the only way to look at him. Enjoy him while he’s their because you know it’s on short supply.

  129. YoungAmerican Says:

I’m curious to see if this Vick is for real of if it’s a mirage. He’s a freak of an athlete, but was NEVER this dominant before. A little more maturity and a very good supporting cast go a long way, I guess. Dude just makes things happen. Very unique player.

  130. YoungAmerican Says:

YA Chaz is a luxury that’s the only way to look at him. Enjoy him while he’s their because you know it’s on short supply.

    ————-

Yep, if he can’t make it through training camp next season he’s as good as gone. If he can, at least he’ll still be making 7th round money as a 5th WR (until he works his way up the depth chart). That’s wishful thinking, though.

Luckily Al seems to do pretty well for himself picking late-round WRs. Hopefully next year he takes another flier in the 6th or 7th round and finds this team a gamer.

  131. Guy Says:

Chaz Schilens is always going to tease me. One of my favorite receivers potential wise, he has everything the Raiders need in a WR. I would hate to see him get cut and stay healthy and go wild on a team I hate such as the Pats, the Steelers, or a division team

  132. KoolKell Says:

Vick’s in a long-standing Offense there in Philly with Andy Reid. And, he’s special.

Where is Aig? I thought Campbell was the source of all the Redskin’s problems?

How many of those idiots are making the probowl this year on the Skins roster? You’re an idiot you know. Stop diggin the frikkin hole. You challenged me to a question and I proved it to you and now you’ve consistently refused to answer my question. I’ll post it again.

2009 Cowboys had 4 offensive probowlers and Romo got them a winning record.

2008 Skins had 4 offensive probowlers and JC couldnt get a winning record.

Why dont you try and explain that one you stupid jerk.

BTW, I told you McNabb was a fraud but I know you’re hard of hearing.

  134. aig-raiders Says:

    AB,

While you’re at it, try explaining why JC only produced 16.6 points per game for 2008 and Romo produced 22.6 points per game in 2009.

But knowing you, you’ll probably comeback with another misdirection.

  135. aig-raiders Says:

I told some of you during the offseason (and you know who you are) that you dig deep and you find McNabb’s stats to be bloated by Brian Westbrook. Looks like I was dead on afterall. Westbrook used to determine the Eagles w/l record as dissected by BSPN a few years back. I used to own McNabb on my ff team and all he did was dump off to Westbrook and take credit for a dumpoff TD and chunks of yds Westbrook used to create. Dan Snyder is one dumb nfl owner. That cat never learns.

    *********************

Just think of the childhood story of Humpty-Dumpty. It apparently is Chaz Schiens autobiography. And nobody could put him together again. Sound familiar? Ring any bells? Damaged goods best case. Worse case – Toast!

Troy Smith added that dimension to the 49ers last night.

  138. DKnight007 Says:

Told yall we should have went after Vick. Glad it looks like the Raiders don’t need him.

The Niners are the ones who really screwed up though. There was a report that Singletary wanted him….but was denied by upper management. ahem…Jed York cause he was too scared.

    Your screw up Niners!

  139. RaiderReggie Says:

All Raider fans attending the next home game should get a shirts made that says “Cut It Loose”. I bet the team would be psyched seeing all those shirts in the stands.
