Quarterback Chad Henne, who according to initial reports was possibly out for the season when he injured his knee on Nov. 14 against Tennessee, is practicing and has inserted himself into the picture to start against the Raiders.
“I feel pretty good,’’ Henne told reporters in Miami following practice. “I have been rehabbing and it has been going better each and every day. That’s a plus. We haven’t had any setbacks. I don’t know where it is, but I am practicing and it keeps getting better each and every day.”
Sparano declined to name a starter.
Here is how Sparano characterized the hamstring injury of wide receiver Brandon Marshall to the Miami media:
“I mean I’m not going to get into that but he’s doing well. It’s just a little slower thing than I’d like it to be or than Brandon (Marshall) would like it to be…but right now he’s doing well so we’ll see where he is. We got a couple days left.”
