Dolphins Raiders underway . . .

By Jerry McDonald - NFL Writer
Sunday, November 28th, 2010 at 1:06 pm in Oakland Raiders.

Raiders receive the opening kickoff . . . my guess of high 40,000-range in attendance appears high . . . Jacoby Ford runs the opening kickoff back 101 yards for a touchdown. There are no flags.

Who needs a quarterback?

  • Just Fire Baby

Run D looked solid at least.

Bet we may see a squib or short kickoff this time around.

  • Plunketthead

How many times has someone ran a kickoff back twice in a row?

If it can be done (and it can) Jolting Jacoby is the speedster for the task

  • RaidersMom

    Ford > Chevy

  • Plunketthead

We might have to wait a week or two

  • raidermarty

inauspicious start for the RAIDER O

  • Dirtiest Raccoon

    Wow, Grads made the diff.

  • http://raiders.com A.B. Paine III

But he’s out there, so let’s hope this was just rustiness. That did not look good, though.

  • Guy

  • Just Fire Baby

McClain solid on screens this season.

  • Guy

Are you kidding, our D doesnt look good

  • Just Fire Baby

Safety play in pass coverage has easily been our biggest liability this season.

  • Pretty Rick

    Blown coverage on Huff.

  • 89052RAIDER

    Cable is routinely outcoached

    damn……

  • 89052RAIDER

That was a basic play.. Lack of discipline and preparation. Fundamentally poor football.

  • RaidingTexas

And there you go . . . Campbell is not this team’s biggest problem BY FAR.

  • Dirtiest Raccoon

McClain blown 5 yards back on the 4th and inches!!

  • http://oaklandtribune.com r8dr4lfe21

Another 3 and out and the fans will turn on the offense.

  • olinesux

    huff burned by a fullback?

  • raidermarty

    defense not sharp early

  • http://no_knuckleheads! 909RaiderLifer

There is a odor of burnt toast hovering over Huff..

  • http://raiders.com A.B. Paine III

If Raiders lose today, Cable should be fired for not having the team prepared.

  • http://raiders.com A.B. Paine III

Bills are going to beat the Steelers.

Not if the stands are full of Aig’s. They’d never turn on their Jesus-Flutie-Rudy hero.

  • RaidersMom

    Nice Murphy! (My maiden name:-)

  • http://oaklandtribune.com r8dr4lfe21

O-line is gonna get Bruce killed, no blocking at all.

  • 89052RAIDER

Sporano is in a different league than Cable. He is a real NFL coach.
