Just saw it a few hours ago, I’ve been checking last few days, today was the first time I noticed it.

Raiders need to make sure they do not over use Mr. Ford; kick-off returns, being a #1 or #2 WR, and returning punt, as well as multiple reverse running plays.

He is our best WR in terms of production, he makes huge plays on end arounds/reverses, and he returned 3 KOs for TDs in what, 12-14 games.

Raiders do need a PR, but could just go with a solid punt reciever and go after blocked punts more often, forcing more shanked punts in the process.

See where it says HUE JACKSON retained 3 assistants? You kinda do something called reading COMPREHENSION and assume that Hue really kept them.
