Sorry, not trying to call you, I just see it differently. I got pulled over when I was younger for playing music too “loud,” it was my Mom’s car and the cheapest stock stereo on the planet.

Yeah? Its not crap at all. The officers discretion was that the stereo was too loud. He was in an Escalade. The bottom of the line factory stereo in that vehicle is pretty damn loud. My brother owns one. I realize that its all BS charges, Murph should have simply pulled over took the loud music ticket (had he cooperated he likely would have simply been told to turn it down) and fought it in court if he truly felt he wasnt wrong. He could not produce the prescription, and the label was scratched off the bottle, which is why he was charged with the Viagra possession. So long as he produces the prescription that will get dropped in court, and quite simply he DID resist arrest. He refused to pull over for an officer. He is an idiot and should be treated accordingly.

If you want see a 17 year old kid busted for smoking a cigarette, cut down some pot plants, or dole out tickets for running a red light these lackeys are great at that. But if you have a missing child or need or find a serial killer these losers are no good at solving real crimes.

That Louis Murphy thing is so stupid. If he would have just cooperated in the first place nothing would have happened. He had to be a tough guy and be above the law. He doesnt get to question whether the cop had the right to bust him, thats the courts job. He should get a minimum 4 game suspension JUST for resisting arrest.

That is crap! Murphy was charged with “non-violent” resisting arrest. Also the reason he was pulled over was for loud music, which is an offense that is up to the Officer’s discretion. The really stupidity on Murphy’s part was allowing the police to search his car volunteerily, but then again most people would not get charged for possession of viagra.
