I think this is wonderful news. No other first rounder this year is going to be doing something like this for their team, plus bringing this much leadership, not to mention what he has already done the past couple seasons. Seymour is worth the trade and I would do it all over again if I was AL. For someone to fork out from his own pocket the money to cover something like this is just plain and simple a true classy professional and a real man. In a sense, he is putting back money into the company that paid him all that money in the first place. How many people do you know that would do something like that. An event like this wasn’t cheap I bet, and even if he had some help from others, still he gets most if not all the credit by my book.

Thank you Seymour, for giving it your all and showing the young guys what a true leader and man is. And thank you Al for bringing him in, with all your bad choices recently, this is one that you should brag about.

Here’s to a new Raiders team, a winning Raiders team. As always, GO RAIDERS!

Oh, and don’t want to forget JC. Good job showing the players and fans that you are serious about this and at least trying to be the leader of the offense. That’s more than we are used to seeing from QBs around here in a while.

When you hire a coach you have to allow him to coach his systems or whynhire him. Changing coaches isn’t some plan by the owner it’s something thta happens when you make the kind of mistakes he’s been making. He’s picked some coaches that really didn’t want to work with him as much as for him. When you take this job read the memo. The owner is the GM as well he will be your direct boss he always has been. The writing on the wll is the size of a billboard. No hidden agendas exist.
