Coach Jackson although he gets a little too creative at times is doing a fantastic job with this O…

Only problem with the O is the best players need to be on the field the most…

The D with coach Davis, Coach Bresh, and the big money ball guys ALL suc horse a$$…

The invisible man…I forgot about wimbley he is another big money guy…

  • Thec07

    Team is spending a ton on these guys;

    routt
    seymo
    kelly
    mcruss
    wimbley

Compare the spendign and production of the D vs O.

Which one is the better value 4 games in???

  • LA to TheBay

Didn’t Hue make a comment regarding Patriots star players played like star players? Maybe subtle dig at Seymour, Kelly, McBosworth and Wimbley?

  • Thec07

Salaries of the D vs Salaries of the O.

Which one is a positive performing asset?

  • LA to TheBay

To be fair to the front four, they had Brady on his @$$ most of the game. More so I think than any of Brady’s previous opponents.

And this is with 7 or 8 guys dropping back.

  • Thec07

La 2 Bay, he did take a very subtle swipe at the D however, If it were me I would thow everyone involde under the bus… Maybe that would shake them the F up… I know that protocol you keep stuff in house however, sometimes you need to put folks on blast…

very good point we got plenty of pressure but ask Belichick we had absolutely no game plan to stop Welker, porter seriously?

DHB could have had 200 yards receiving last game, it doesnt matter. He still does not know how to play football. He jumps to catch passes with his stomach. Thats a grown man out there doing that, not a little kid who just started playing football. Im sure hes a nice guy, yes he HAS improved since his first year, as should anyone WR from year 1 to 3, but he STILL is not a good football player. I hope he has good games, I hope he gets TDs and helps us win since he is a Raider, but no one here can convince me that any WR that catches the ball like a lobster is a good player, or should be starting over other players that actually have PROVEN that they at least know how to play football, ie running routes and KNOWING HOW TO CATCH WITH YOUR HANDS and not your naval. As long as he plays for my time, I’ll hope he does well. I dont understand fans who want ANY player on their team to fail. But I recognize this dude is WAY behind men who have been playing football for years and understand the game and least of all, HOW TO CATCH WITH HANDS. I will say this, the fact that he has made it this far on athletic ability alone says a lot about the kind of superior athlete he is, and I commend him for working hard to make the improvements he has since hes been here, and maybe by year 5 or 6, he could be a complete monster of a WR IF he keeps learning the game and works to improve, but right now, this guy is far behind.

RoMac is just a bum out there. Bresnahan and he are a perfect match.

La to the bay…… you forgot one Guy That hue may have been taking that. Subtle jab at: Jason Campbell. .. just thought I would point That out…

  • LA to TheBay

Things I like about the 4th quarter of NE game I was too pissed to think about at the time:

    - Goal line stand (Groves our best LB)

    - 98/99 yard TD drive in 2 min offense with…

    - Big catch by DHB in double coverage

    - Jason stepping up in the pocket (which he did many times that game) on that throw and the next one to Bush

    - Great leaping TD catch by Moore

In watching Jason carefully in this game, I think he will have a strong bounce-back game against Houston. He’s starting to put things together.

Can’t even say he had a bad game v. NE, just two really bad plays. And who knows what happens if the refs don’t pick up that PI flag.

  • LA to TheBay

    John David Booty,

That 50 yarder he caught was exactly what we’ve been waiting for. Jason hit him in perfect stride and he pulled it in with his hands and made a strong catch without leaping at the ball.

I see big time improvement from DHB. Chaz dropped the 2 pt. conversion after it hit him square between the numbers. Thin DHB could be a go-to guy along with Moore and Hagan with Ford being the big play man.

    Ghost,

Maybe but I still think Jason is not our biggest issue. Not even close.

  • ghostraiders

With his two personal foul penalties and then his dissapearing act the rest of the game… I bet the patsies are happy they traded him away!! … they apparently didn’t think he was worth the cash!!

I figured Wes would get his. We shut down everyone else. We needed to play the run well and we did not.

  • JB

Nice touch. Just got an e-mail flyer sponsored by Hawaiian Airlines announcing a 2 for 1 deal on all tickets for the Raider Home divisional games. That’s a good deal for those out there without season tickets. Maybe there will be more sellout games.

  • SharkCatcher

Rolondo Mcclain is playing in his 19th game of his career and you are ready to run him out of town. talk about being an internet-microwave generation that wants everything instantly. Patience grass hopper. I bet you don’t even role play with yourself before you Jack O….fft

  • John David Booty

    LA to TheBay,

And thats the frustrating aspect about DHB, in college even, he leaps and makes this catches with his hands, the catch Sunday. Its like hes only focusing on athleticism at that moment, which is leaping, and doesnt overthink catching at that very moment, and comes down with the play. Yet a ball goes straight to his chest, and he leaps and tries to catch it with his stomach. This is a horrible habit that needs to be broken. Like I said, hes an amazing athlete, hes just not completely ready as a football player, and because of THAT alone, should not be starting. But Im not not a coach or a GM and any game he starts for the Raiders, I hope he pulls 150 yds and 3 TDS, Im just stating what Ive seen from him in 5+ years of watching him play football.

  • LA to TheBay

    LOL @ SharkCatcher

    Yup, he’s young.

My problem isn’t lack of production or taking too long to progress, it’s his attitude and lack of hustle. Same problem I had with JaMarshmallow.
