Ran into former Raiders player and executive Ken Herock on the elevator. Herock has front office experience and odds are good he has already been a sounding board for Mark Davis.

Herock made his way down to the field, where he was talking with CEO Amy Trask. Herock was a Raiders player for six years, a tight end on the first Super Bowl team in 1967. He was a personnel executive with the Raiders for seven years, following Ron Wolf to Tampa Bay. He later worked for the Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers.
