I agree 100%. Boller is not only NOT an effective offense mover, but he’s one of those horrible QB’s who can literally move u backwards and turn the opposing defense into an offense.

Reminds me of the Bears when they had Chad Hutchinson..or Todd Collins.

Yes! Didn’t Roethlisberger take Pitt. to the big game his rookie year?

Saying it may “take years” to jell might be true..to totally jell 100% but there’s no reason he shouldn’t be a QB that gets us big wins right away…ala other first year QB’s who have done so.

I agree, it will take time for the receivers to get used to him.

With that thought in mind, is it worth considering bringing in a receiver he’s used to working with…who he has “jelled with” to some extent? That would be T.O.
