Autopalm77 Says:

I would add for clarification….

Nonoperative Treatment

If the clinical evaluation indicates the probability of a mild or moderate sprain and the radiograph shows no diastasis, immobilization is suggested. Treatment with a short-leg walking cast, a removable short-leg orthotic or a non–weight-bearing cast is continued for four to six weeks or until symptoms have resolved. The potential for disability following a Lisfranc joint injury justifies the use of a non–weight-bearing cast.

After the period of immobilization, ambulation and rehabilitation exercises should be progressive. If the symptoms persist up to two weeks after rehabilitation has begun, a repeat weight-bearing radiograph must be obtained to evaluate the joint articulation for instability and evidence of delayed separation (i.e., disarticulation worsened after weight-bearing).
****************************

So, basically he should be shelved until next season for full recovery to take place.

I do think we need someone who can cut-back or make a side-step move. The o-line has been terrible and when the hole isn't there (it hasn't been) Bush just falls forward for 2 yards. We need taiwan or someone lonyae miller/ to make something out of nothing .... Bush is solid we he can get a full head of steam going thru a hole but when it isn;t there he makes the line look worse than what it already is of late.

You guys need to go read about Lisfranc injury. It is on nasty ass foot problem. I watched him play at Arkansas, and if you look at replays of his running, you will see that he runs pigeon toed and that could be causing his foot problem. If this problem keeps up then he will eventually develop a misaligned foot and have to get that taken care of. Really thinks he needs surgery NOW so we can get him back next year full speed.

I know there a lot of Bush fans here, but i would not over pay this dude in the offseason. If someone is dumb enough to give him starter $, let him walk and we should not try and match it. There will be more affordable RB’s to compliment McFadden if he recovers.
++++++++++++++++++

Reece can replace Bush...for free.

@ Deja Vu, I agree ... bush should get Brandon Jacobs type money, not anything crazy. He should know his role but if he gets $$$$$$$$ elsewhere, you know he will take it.

CP needs to make up for his bad play by winning these last 3 games. Our D sucks but Detroits isn't playing much better and they have no run game, KC has no O, and CP should be able to win a shootout. He'll have more than enough weapons, no pun intended
