Sebastian Janikowski kicked a 28-yard field goal and Ryan Succop converted from 29 yards as both teams converted on short-field scores.
Bryan McCann’s 91-yard kickoff return set up the Raiders points on their opening drive, as they squandered the great field position and got only three points. Derrick Johnson’s interception of Carson Palmer_ who was hit as he threw _ set up Succop’s field goal with the drive stalling at the Oakland 5.

First half was a microcosm of the Raider season.
Missed opportunity after missed opportunity.
Incredible bonehead penalties.

One “issue” is the refs know they can flag the Raiders w/o impunity.
If they don’t, they’re probably afraid they’ll get questioned by the league office for not doing their jobs.
