Now that Rivers made the Probowl he definitely wont care about Sunday.

  • mcskinnnylegs

draider and duck thanks for the response.you guys are right henderson cant get it done bu would be nice rotation guy.AND CURRY TO YEA I AGREE SOMEWHAT BUT i dont think hell sniff out screens and what not on the edge

  • http://ibabuss.com antispy3

bgi Rich gets the reputation pick. perhaps other players were afraid he would pinch ‘em out. . .

  • djohnnyg

Asomugha not only sits home for the playoffs but misses pro bowl too, plus he has to spend time in Philly.

    There’s the trifecta of suckage.

Hey what’s up Reign? I don’t know about that…would be nice if he just chills and don’t want to get hurt before his Hawaii trip…but…

  • RAIDER MAYNE

Branch should be starting ! What about my boy Jon da killer Condo is he back at his status of pro-bowl long snap guy ?

  • 8RaiderReign8

Wassup Hwnrdr. I was suprised we got 3, but Im more surprised about the alternates.

  • mcskinnnylegs

o and i would rotate shonasty with houston heck i’d even throw them at olb every now and again

  • hwnrdr

I know, right? Maybe Kelly and Branch, heck all of them will play lights out for getting snubbed! Well, except for DMAC…

  • djohnnyg

I know Tyvon Branch was hoping to get in.

I can see why Routt doesn’t make it cuz when they show most of the highlights of the receivers that DID make it you see # 26 chasing them into the endzone.

  • hwnrdr

Didn’t really look, but did Zach make it?

  • 8RaiderReign8

Yea…lets hope he’s working on planning the family trip to Hawaii.

  • 8RaiderReign8

    Zach didnt make it!

  • djohnnyg

Seymour is a Raider and he has my support. I want him to do well of course, but……him getting in just shows what a joke the whole thing really is.

Nobody in their right mind could honestly say he had a pro bowl year.

The two fg blocks were huge and it merits our appreciation, but not not enough to merit a pro bowl selection.

  • Buckeyeraider

    ‘sup fellas.

Congrats to Sebastion Janikowski. It’s an honor long overdue. This should probably have been his 3rd or 4th of these by now.

He struggled to live up to the hype of being a 1st rd pick early in his career. Plus he had other issues both on and off the field.

However, he’s been one of the best in the league for several years now, and I’m glad he’s finally getting recognized for it. Jano is a weapon.

Hopefully, this becomes an annual event as he keeps hitting big kicks for the Silver and Black for years to come.

Bet you Nnamdi is the best CB in the game again by midway next season. He’s been playing man coverage for the past decade. Phily knows this, too. They’re going to give him time. They knew he was basically going to be a no-show this year. They weren’t going to change their entire system for him, so instead they just sacrificed a year to get him broken in. He’s playing a position he hasn’t played since Cal. Watch him start racking up the INTs next season.

  • http://www.raiderettes.com Sullivan44

If Matt Giordano were on New England or Phily, he’d be in. Print that.

  • http://www.raiderettes.com Sullivan44

I don’t know when the final votes were tallied, but I’m guessing Seymour’s game last week didn’t hurt him.

  • http://www.raiderettes.com Sullivan44

Our new GM should cut everyone on our defense except for Giordano, and start over. He probably will too.

    My defensive coordinator wishlist is:

    (1) Mike Nolan (if we go to 3-4)
    (2) Spagnulo(if we stay as 4-3)
    (3) Jack Del Rio (4-3 also).

    ^^^^^^^
I would also put current Raven LB coach and former Pats DC Dean Pees on that list also, if the new GM and Huey want to switch to a 3-4 scheme.

  • DKnight007

Tyvon Branch should have made it ahead of Eric Weddle??

Give me a break and how the heck did Cry Me a Rivers make the team? It’s a down year for him!

Kyle Orton sucks. I have little faith in this guy to beat his former team.

Our hopes rest on Crennel’s Defense being able to shut down Tim Tebow & Willis McGahee

    ^^^^^^^^
    I agree.

The Queefs D needs to show up big and Battle and Jones need to run the rock hard. Orton can’t turn the ball over.

  • DKnight007

Pound the Bush and get the ball to Reece as well!

The DisChargers D has no answer for Reece, Bush and D Moore!

Get the ball to the Boss as well!! Throw screens to T Jones and throw comeback routes to DHB and Murphy!

Richard Seymour in the Pro-Bowl??? You have to be joking. How about: “Richard Seymour Should Be Slapped Upside the Head With an Ax-Handle Bowl” ??

That “Bowl” seems much more appropriate considering how Seymour played, and was constantly penalized!

    Sullivan44, # 217:

You, as well as most others have fallen for the “Nnamdi, shut down corner” myth. He has only 12 Int’s in 9 seasons. Lester Hays had 39 in the same time period. Matt Giordiano has had 3 this season. Rod Woodson had 73 Int’s, doing “pick 6′s” with 14 of those Int’s. This year “Nnamdi” fell to pieces and looked like a stooge.

Namdi is a slug and slouch, and needs to be slapped with an ax-handle, upside the head, just like Richard Seymour.

    Am soooo sick of pretenders.

    ……..

And you’ve fallen for Al Davis’s excuse for not re-signing him. Those passing on the “myth” of Nnamdi being a shut down corner have far more credibility than Al Davis did. It’s only common knowledge.

  • Method To My Madness

    I like Routt……most don’t but I do…..believes he makes big play

I think the dischargers may be looking for some redemption for the past 3 meetings. They hate the Raiders and their fans hate the Raiders…I’m not sure that the chokes will just lay down.
On the other hand, KC hates the Raiders and might just lay an egg to let the donks win.

Yep, another conspiracy theory against the Raiders.

  • doriangray

& yeah , u gotta like routt . wut many fans dont understand is ,, who else u gonna get thats better ? i mean, look around the league, we aint fina get revis. routt is very good. the TEAM needs defensive ends that cause pressure and tougher safeties. but we do need at least one more above average corner added to the roster

  • doriangray

kansas city chiefs fans are saying get rid of dwayne bowe. that shows u how sensitively stupid fans are. that guy is a very good reciever , not perfect , not great , but who they think their gonna get to replace him ? i mean at least keep him and get another very good reciever opposite him.

thats how dumb raider fans act too , ” cut d.h.b. cut blah blah blah. ” naah we need to strategically replace average & useless guys like housh and huff & get rid of cancers like seymour & chris johnson .

  • Flatulance Abundance

Lechler was drafted because we have a lot of 3 and outs and need a good punter.

Janikowski was drafted cause we need field goals cause we cant get to the red zone. 50 yard line in Jano range.

I’d take Bowe anyday over Murphy or TJ.
