I’m amazed pock-faced Norv saved his job by beating the Raiders. I don’t know whom I despise more, Norv or The Rat Man Shanahan. Either one would sell their mother’s soul to the devil just to beat the Raiders.

I met Mark Davis at a Biletnikoff golf tourney party a few years back. No doubt he’s puffed the magic dragon a time or two. He’s not nearly as dynamic as his dad, in fact he’s really kind of laid back and kind of quiet. Not sure he’s going to actually making the decisions — I’m thinking Madden is going to be making a lot of them, which is fine by me.
