Just shows you what Debo values. It ain’t winning, that’s for sure.

Debo, you got a poster on your bedroom wall of JaMonstrous wearing that fur coat by the Lear jet?
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

That pic was cool as Hell. The fur and shades he wore after we blew out Denver in 2008 were classic. We had the second coming of Joe Namath and completely fcked it up!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

"We" had the second coming of Joe Namath? Do you have a mouse in your pocket. We? In-f'ing-credible!!

To this day I find it inconceivable that Al David elected to give 39 cents, let alone 39 million to JaDonut. Especially after hearing the dumbass speak.

Joe Namath? That's absolutely rich!!!

I don’t see what the big deal is with Mark Davis’s hair. Frankly I think it’s childish to sit there and insult people based on their physical appearance. From this angle, his hair looks quite normal.

Thanks for that Sully. Remember appearances are never show fodder.

Am I the only one who thinks the most important hire might be the strength and conditioning coach? I mean injuries seems to be the 2nd biggest problem beside our vanilla D.
=========
problem with 4.4 and 4.3 guys is hammys and turf toe and numerous issues...the velocity they run with and those quick twitch strings which grant them that speed are troublesome.."Ferarri's are temperamental cars"

I don’t think your OC determines your Oline. Our youngest, most valuable Olineman are big dudes, not really ZBS guys. I would say Satele and Carlisle are the only ZBS guys left. They will build from what they have, not start over.

You guys way over-react some times. Its rumored we are talking to Greg Knapp OMG ITS ANOTHER 4-12 STINKER OMG OMG REGGIE IS SO STUPID ALLEN IS AN IDIOT…. relax. It ain’t even February.

***

BCZ,

Agree with your 2nd comment. A ton of semi pro’s are freaking out right now – sour grapes from the Kiffin/Cable era, I guess

I think your OC does determine your O-Line though. Maybe not the players, but definately the system & scheme. McKenzie & Allen will get us some players. Knapp & Wylie (???) will coach’em up. I don’t see Veldheer, Wiz or Carlisle going anywhere. Satele will probably return as well. The rest can go kick rocks imo

Knapp = ZBS everywhere he’s been since 2004. Doubtful that changes in 2012!

-----------------------------------------------------

RR - Save the positive in contol stuff brother. I have heard you freak out a time or two on this blog as well. As long as it is not Hue Jackson as Head Coach you could careless. : ) I hated the Kiffin error with a passion, Cable's lat season with Hue as the offensive coordinator was not terrible, the games were "watchable".

We have saw the ZB system on this team for years and it has not worked. WHat makes the o-line we have now tcandidates for the zone blocking system?

We have some strong rookies who were starting to look good on the o-line blowing some holes open. Now we are back to relarning a position.

Like it or not the problem with this franchise has been to much wasted change. Reults don't lie and score don't lie!

Sam,

Wasn’t the WC system one of the reasons Palmer wanted out of Cincinnati? I wonder how Palmer feels about this hire, and is he still excited about next season?
================
See, this is one of the things they really didnt consider...this puts more pressure on the running game, which means they need to franchise Bush , or see if Reece offers a little more, because taiwan is more of a change of pace back.

That type of offense is predicated upon a back that can catch passes and create. It might not be so bad, in that a conservative offense would keep CP3's interception total down, but we have to control the clock with defense and get turnovers - and Allen is going to do it with THIS BUNCH?

I hear you RR but you know what? Before all of the injuries our offense was looking pretty good. Even after the injuries we were still putting enough points on the board to win the game. Our run game was on fire. I don’t recall our run game looking that good under Knapp. If I recall it was as lethargic as our passing attack. Lets be honest we did not get a strong run game until Hue Jackson arrived on the scene people, like it or not.

***

CJL,

We were EXCELLENT at running the football in 2007 with Jordan, Fargas, Rhodes & Echemandu! 6th in the NFL!

10th in the NFL @ Rushing in 2008..

Al Saunders doesn't get any credit for our offense the past 2 years. Hue Jackson was the play caller. He punched his own ticket outta town, so no use crying over spilled milk. Saunders was basically the QB Coach last year. Keeping him doesn't do anything for "continuity" except the fact that he knows the players. Knapp will know just as much about their skills when he rolls the film from last season
