In case you don’t know the definition of defamation:

A false and defamatory statement regarding an individual or entity published by one against the another to be truth.

There are certain absolute and qualified privleges applicable to defamation which don’t apply to personal attacks on a blog.

Remember, punitive damages are appropriate in defamation judgments and damages don’t have to be proven since they are implied.

Anyone being accused of certain behavior and/or called certain names such as “brown stains”, “troll”, “racist” suggesting certain traits or behavior which is untrue, need only commence an action, serve discovery on Corky to obtain the offender’s IP address, in order to ascertain the offenders identity.

From there the sky is the limit.

Please everyone… Including you cork… Give TPryor a break. From what I remember he was said to have trailed Carson palmer like a puppy all year just trying to learn from him, hopefully he spends all offseason learning and practicing and comes in as true #2 QB next year ready to back up palmer at a moments notice and step in as the #1, I truly hope he does cause I want to see this kid succeed.

And to everyone dumping on him cause he is an “AL project” just try and remember that while Al Davis did whiff on a lot of his projects, he did hit the mark on some as well. And I hope TPryor is one of em.

KK and others of that particular ilk should be banned from this blog due to disrespect, and disparagement of individual posters, same as the posters who were banned for disrepect and disparagement regarding Al Davis, the staff and roster.
