the scholarship program has term’d. no contract is safe, regardless if it’s look like a steep hurdle to overcome (on paper)

Cutting McClain would actually ADD $8.5 million to the cap # number because of the acceleration of his bonus. Unfortunately we are not in a fiscal position to be able to cut him.
