Who said I was defending O? Just pointing out your hypocrisy.

Why can’t you take your own advice and drop the KK thing, Lefty?

    Pot, meet kettle.

BTW,O is a big boy(and a good guy),he doesn’t need you to fight his battles.

    ……………………………………………

Does KK need you fighting his battles?

    Pot, meet kettle.

  4. Bad News Dude Says:

Webster’s dictionary may have just replaced their definition of hypocrite with a photo of you, Lefty. Sheesh. You can’t seem to get out of your own way.

  5. lefty12 Says:

The only battle I fight is people like you trying to get others banned because you don’t like them.If you have a problem with people skip their comments instead of baiting them hoping they will cross the line so you can try and get them thrown off here.

  6. Bad News Dude Says:

Post #5. I’ll re-post this in hopes that you read it this time….

I didn’t bait anything. KK’s filth was spewed in advance of the Beeecham ordeal. The email didn’t get submitted to Steve until after KK baited and snitched on Beeech. You, of course, wouldn’t know that because your version of the events is full of assumptions and generalizations. Keep spewing your support of the baiting king of race & politics. It’s making you look real smart. ;)

Wonder why you don’t care that KK got Beeech banned?

    Pot, meet kettle.

  7. Bad News Dude Says:

Lefty, that must have been some masterful planning and foresight on my part to have baited KK in advance of the Beeecham ordeal. Wow. I had it all planned out, didn’t I?

  8. lefty12 Says:

So how long did you have to bait and antagonize KK before he finally lost it?How many times did you call his place of employment to harass him and his fellow workers?

  9. Hardline Says:

BTW, if anyone doubts my prognosticative abilities check this out:

The deal for the Sacramento Kings new forum is dead, the city of Sacramento being in irreconcilable dispute with the Maloof brothers.

There was a horrible loud mouth, crude and ugly, personally disparages anyone who disagrees with him. I forgot his screenname, but see him here on occasion. This guy was celebrating when the successful King’s forum deal was announced, and practically screaming and yelling through the computer.

At the time I told him the deal would never go through since the taxpayers of the city of Sacramento had to foot $250M of the $350M bill for the new forum, through increased taxes. Dennis Johnson of course is a retard, not worthy of mention in this deal. As it came down the Maloofs couldn’t or wouldn’t come up with the $100M balance on the new forum and the deal fell apart for good today.

When I predicted the deal would fail the poster in question went “ape” and practically swung like a monkey from a tree in his denouncement of me personally. He was so upset he posted his phone number and challenged me to call him to arrange to come to Oakland for a fist fight.

Now look at him…..nothing but an idiot.

I am telling everyone now KK doesn’t have the juice to have Beeecham banned, especially since Beeecham never crossed the line, except for what was tantamount to soliciatation of prositiution.

  10. Bad News Dude Says:

Based on what I’ve seen from you, you’re going to believe what you want to believe no matter what I say but BELIEVE ME when I say I had no idea KK was going to spew that filth.

  11. Bad News Dude Says:

Haha. Never called him once. I don’t have time for that nonsense. Unlike many of you, as you can see I mainly post at night. Have a real busy job that keeps me from posting throughout the day, much less call somebody’s place of employment. Laugh!

All it took was (literally) a couple of harmless posts. He then WENT OFF, and like I said, I had no idea he was such a dirty old man.

Beeecham’s banishment came from his solicitation of prostitutes’ telephone numbers here which is possibly an unlawful criminal act. Bay Area News Group cannot allow such conduct to take place in their forum.

Everyone takes KK’s word that he had Beeecham banned except for me.

You all are giving KK much too much credit. I won’t believe until Corky tells me himself that Beeecham was banned regarding barbs he traded with KK over their dispute.

    Hogwash !

  13. lefty12 Says:

Beechnut is a big boy.Why do you find it necessary to go to such lengths to fight his battles for him?Could it be you have an ax to grind and just use Beechnut as an excuse to go after KK and now me?It bothers you so much that someone is against the mob mentality that you try to perpetuate.

  14. Bad News Dude Says:

Perhaps we are giving KK too much credit. I just know that he came in here bragging about Beeecham getting banned. I don’t care for snitches and I found it ironic that he snitched considering that smut he posted just days prior, so he got some of his own medicine.

A couple of hypocrites in here choose to ignore the events leading up to KK’s banishment and seem to like defending a known racist and master baiter.

    $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

    Bad News Dude,

Now it’s finally sinking in to you. It’s very doubtful KK had Beeecham banned. There are myths that ciruclate through a mob, and this is one of them. I followed the parties dispute closely and didn’t see comments that crossed the line in the barbs they threw.

Of course KK is filthy. And BTW, last night around 9 pm posters were claiming KK was banned and he came on around 10 pm to post comments.

When Beeecham posted his requests for telephone numbers of prostitutes I knew it was over for him. KK might have snitched on Beeecham to Corky but if he did it was regarding solicitation of the numbers of hookers and not his and Beecham’s dispute.

I personally just left KK alone; he wasn’t worth my time. Just don’t give the guy too much credit.

He basks in the false glory you provide.

  23. Bad News Dude Says:

You can stop with your assumptions Lefty as they’re not very becoming. To compare this to watching someone rob my neighbor is downright asinine.

  32. Bad News Dude Says:

    Good morning.

  33. Bad News Dude Says:

He’s not really banned Hardline. Officially, yes. But you know how this blog works. I’ve seen him in here. He’s either created another account with a different email, sent Steve a dozen roses, or is posting under RMR’s account.

  34. Hardline Says:

    Lefty,

Well….I have some rats that live under my shed in my backyard. Last summer they ate most of my tomatoes and almost all my sweetcorn. This fall and winter they even ate 90% of my oranges from my orange tree. I set out traps with bacon as bait but they are wiley critters and I only caught one.

They are so destructive they need to be eradicated. Sometimes a rat is just a rat, filthy and nasty, and must be eliminated any way possible.

If KK is banned he’ll be back under a new screenname; this time maybe he’ll mind his manners.

  35. Hardline Says:

    Bad News Dude,

Yeah I know how this blog is. KK under a different S/N will be back.

  36. Try Some Reality Says:

Morning, Dirty. Thoughts on our pick?

  37. lefty12 Says:

IF someone reported those comments they snitched but they were correct in doing so.IF someone called KKs office and harassed him and his fellow employees and he reported it(snitched) he was correct in doing so.Can you understand that?

  38. Bad News Dude Says:

Lefty, I never endorse calling someone’s place of work or home. You get no argument from me on that.

KK was a fool to post it in the first place, but just the same, it’s wrong to take advantage of that info.

  39. lefty12 Says:

That is all I’m saying.I have no idea if it indeed happened.

  40. Try Some Reality Says:

Me personally, I like the pick. Just not too thrilled about his age. Then again, even with a younger guy, there’d be no gaurantee he’d stay a career Raider. Well, hopefully we’ll get 10 good years from this cat, maybe a little less.

  41. Bad News Dude Says:

If you’d have said that from the outset, we would have no argument.

You claimed I baited him. I did not. That garbage he wrote came out days before and I originally had no intention of doing anything with it, nor was I expecting it or purposefully trying to get it out. That’s a disturbed individual that write that nonsense.

  42. Bad News Dude Says:

    *writes

  43. lefty12 Says:

Sorry for not explaining myself better to begin with.

  44. Bad News Dude Says:

    It’s all good.

  45. lefty12 Says:

I wasn’t sticking up for the individual per se,I am against the masses trying to get someone banned because they don’t like them and that is why most of those that signed your petition did so,not due to what he wrote.

  46. Bad News Dude Says:

Maybe for some of them. But I wouldn’t be surprised if KK also made vile posts to some of the others on that list. I don’t think that kind of nasty just comes out randomly once and never shows itself again. That was revolting and calculating considering he made multiple posts just as bad as the other.

I’m for free speech and all but that kind of nasty has no place in here. I say this in all seriousness, wonder what his wife and mom would think.

Even so, I had no intention of doing anything with it originally. Just don’t like hypocrisy. Calling his place is wrong. Posting that filth is also wrong.

I understand what you’re saying though.

  48. RaiderRockstar Says:

I like the new O-Liner, but it’s time to draft defense imo

  49. rising raiders Says:

I cannot say i sensed this pick, but my gut feeling after
following the whole friday was that reggie will surprise us rather than just nod towards josh chapman. I thought he would pick a name i didn’t read about as a possible raider target, so the doubters would scream: reach!

levi damien of silverandblackpride had tony on the short list of guards as a possibility for the 3rd round, stating that many think he may be he BEST ZBS guard in this draft. I have a good feeling.

Now I’d like to have some players for the pass rush, guess that’s not quite the area where an undraftet fa
will emerge, and a lack of pass rush easily could become a huge problem all season long.

Loved that reggie didn’t panic and traded. at the press conference you could see that the one pick draft so far was real hard work anyway, looked really tired. me to, as ist was nearly 6 am here in germany when i called it a day, but excitement has me up early too, and i’m looking for four picks today. GO RAIDER NATION!

  50. La Milicia Negra Says:

im not too happy about the pick, we could easily have gotten him in 4th round, some mocks had him as low 5-6th.

that he is 26, doesnt bother me and im sure he will contribute right away and he is disciplined. I just dont see why waste such an important pick on a reach..

oh and btw, he has a bum knee..

Talk about losing sleep over a pick….

Hopefully Reggie has answers for stopping the run (worse in the league)! I’m sure he realizes that this is a passing league where P.Rivers and Peyton Manning are in our same division…we could sure use some help on pressure?

I wonder if Regggie thinks we’re going to stop the run with Slowlando and a Curry (2xBUST) at LB’s? Maybe he thinks we’ll stop him with a 40 year old Seymour and a 35 year old Kelly?

FML…SMH! I need to get back to sleep!

  55. Carl Weathers Says:

    Veldheer – Bergstrom – Wisniewski – Biesel – Barksdale
Could be the future for many years. Al Davis, Reggie McKenzie and Raider blood all rolled into a physical athletic dominating Oline.
Now let’s load up on D today!!!

  56. raidertbone Says:

HueJack loudly and proudly announced that he was “building a bully”. All he built was a bunch of high drama. Reggie is quietly going about his task and building a franchise – one piece at a time. I like the pick of Bergstrom, at 95. At that point, you want to bring someone in who has the potential to start — he is that.

  57. Albert Bigelow Paine Says:

I would like to see Reggie trade Kelly for the first pick in the 4th round and pick Alameda or Chapman.

  58. bcz24 Says:

Bergstrom isn’t going to start from day 1. He will learn the guard position from Coop and Brisiel for a year and will be the first guy in if any of our lineman get hurt.

    I second that

  60. raidertbone Says:

I would try to see if we could go higher than that, for Kelly. See if we can pick up someone like Ta’amu in the 4th and then try to trade Kelly for a future 3rd rounder. I think we could get that for him.

  61. raidertbone Says:

Trust me when I tell you that Bergstrom will probably be the starter by the time we come out of the BYE week, if he isn’t there already by then.

  67. La Milicia Negra Says:

    Best players left imo..

    OLB Lewis, Ronnell

    DE Wynn, Billy

    DT Ta’amu, Alameda

    CB Dennard, Alfonzo

    TE Orson, Charles

    TE Green, Ladarius

    WR Childs, Greg

with 3 of the first defensive players probably going within the first 10 picks of the 4th round, I hardly see a chance to get any of them..

which still makes the reach for Bergstrom more ridiculous

  68. Plunketthead Says:

Reggie must figure the D will take a while to fix but he wants the O moving chains.

I suspect trading Pryor for that pick would be more likely.

  79. guest123 Says:

    @75

I think there a few picks that went in the third round that can be considered worthy stabs at the Raiders pick. The blog can only go by the reported scouting visits. This Bergstrom kid didn’t have any other than discrete talks at the Senior Bowl. Reggie is playing his cards very tight to the vest.

He probably wants other GM’s to think we are on the right track. Subterfuge.

  80. guest123 Says:

Glad to have Leinart. I’ve been a propoent for signing him from jump street. Makes all the sense in the world. Knapp’s system down pat. Healthy. Worked out with our WR’s and TO.

Now the other shoe should drop. Please sign Owens to a league min contract. Do it Reggie!

  81. guest123 Says:

Today Reggie is going to nail this draft. Big changes are coming. In Reggieball I trust.

  82. guest123 Says:

I have high hopes for Pryor but still he really needs to sit back and learn the WCO. It’s a lot to absorb. He’s got a lot of football ahead of him. The Browns just drafted a 28 yo to run the WCO and he’s going to have to learn trial by fire.

Pryor has been given a gift of patience by Reggie and coaching staff. It may be that he’s a quick learner and is ready to supplant Leinart by week 8 or so. It’s not a bad thing. When the light comes on for Pryor watch out. Kids got some skills. Just raw and untapped. He’s a great 3rd round pick compared to the guys that went around his spot last night.

  83. Kirk Says:

In watching Pryor on youtube, he seems to have a very good ability to throw the ball on the run.

  84. RaiderDuck Says:

If not trading Pryor, I wonder if this foreshadows a move to WR. To go from “wait and see what we have in Pryor” to acquiring Leinart after one three-day OTA means Terrelle’s throwing must have really sucked.

  85. Kirk Says:

Pryor’s numbers in college were very close to Cam Newton’s.

Good point. I remember DA saying there would be the ‘wait and see’ on Pryor.

Now, the quick signing of Leinart? (if it happens).

Or…it could be that they want someone to compete with Pryor for the #2 to see who emerges.

If Raiders need a veteran backup i’d like to see someone who has played more…and maybe had some success.

Has Leinart had ANY success in the league?

  89. Bob Marley Says:

    Now about this pick…

Good: You can never go wrong picking up OL that can play, the kid looks like a lock to play early and start for the next 6-8 years.

Now that’s some real value with the last pick in the 3rd Round, more like a 4th rounder actually.

Bregstrom has no baggage, no character issues and is a smart, hard-working player, but he’s not just an intangibles guy.

He’s also a good athlete, at 6′5 313 he’s a bit bigger than your traditional ZBS Guard and he can move.

The “bad”: Most of us were looking to take a chance on a player who could become difference-maker or play-maker if you will, taking an OG over some of the athletic TE’s, pass-rushing DE-OLB’s, run-stuffing DT-NT’s and explosive WR’s and DB’s available was not a sexy move.

But with no earlier picks, we needed to “make them count” as Reggie said, and it looks like we found a safe player and early contributor, on that is much more likely to succeed than most of the players that remained available.

Now if some of the guys drafted after Bergstrom turn out to become Pro Bowlers and he doesn’t, I won’t be upset because other teams can afford to go with the upside picks, they have already chosen 2,3 or 4 players by now, we didn’t have that luxury.

Solid pick, Veldheer-Bergstrom should handle the left side of the Line for the next few years and likely excel at it.

So far, it’s not easy to gauge how RegMac is going to turn out. The majority of the FAs he brought in seem more than stop-plug fill-in the holes types. He let go better than average players, yes, considering the financial swamp he came into, and possibly with a strong directive from Markie to save cash, and get not only into the modern, but profit world.

Drafting an OL player, and going away from all predictable “need” in the defensive side, RegMac is not only setting his imprint, as Monte Poole writes, but also showing he is not listening to “expert bloggers” or 17-year “insiders” like Corky.

IMHO and wishful thinking, RegMac is building for the future and wouldn’t care much for immediate success this season. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Raiders at 5-11 or 6-10, and get positioned for the 2013 draft and season with mostly a roster designed and built RegMac’s way.

Seeing most of the SC quarterbacks play since their HS days down here in SoCal, I can’t believe when I see Matt Leinart with so little success and bust, when he was projected to be a better pro than Palmer, Cassell, or Sanchez.

Did he fall into a bad situation in AZ? Was he unlucky or just too fragile?
I’ve never been a Palmer fan, and was hoping that Hue would have traded for him instead of Palmer last season. At least, it would have been a lot cheaper.

So here it is, what if Leinart outplays Palmer in camp? Then again, I’m really hoping that Terrell Pryor proves everyone wrong and becomes the QB and stud player he was projected to be. Remember, TP at one time in his young career was the highest rated player of his class.

    #91:

    1) Leinert was surrounded by talent at USC, as many highly touted qbs are. Now, you could say the say about Palmer, since USC pretty much always has an excess of talent, but Palmer had success in Cincinnati. We saw that he could perform. Of course, that was a while ago.

    2) I think the knock on Leinert is that he lacked a work ethic, and when reality hit him upside the head–that being a success in the NFL wasn’t a lock for a USC qb–injuries hit. Then, there are the rumors of drinking. I have no idea if they are true.

I think, however, it IS true that Leinert seemed aimless, that until recently with Houston, he didn’t commit to being a successful pro.

I feel this way about the situation: it’s rare that characteristics ( diligence, humility, focus, ambition, etc.) found lacking in an individual ever develop in that individual.

Now, if these were missing in him because of something else oing on in his life, something that has been addressed/remedied, that might mitigate things.
