The arrest occurred at 2 a.m. on April 7 when Heyward-Bey was spotted speeding and weaving in his lane. Although Heyward-Bey was "very cooperative" with officers, he failed a field sobriety test at the scene. The Raiders leading receiver last season, Heyward-Bey does not have a history of legal troubles.
