By Steve Corkran
Monday, August 27th, 2012 at 7:37 am in Oakland Raiders.

In reaching the league-mandated limit of 75 players, the Raiders waived linebacker Korey Bosworth, defensive ends Mason Brodine and Wayne Dorsey, safeties Aaron Henry and Chaz Powell, cornerback Terrail Lambert, wide receivers Thomas Mayo and DeAundre Muhammad, quarterback Kyle Newhall-Caballero and fullback Manase Tonga. Fullback Rashawn Jackson and offensive lineman Ed Wang were waived-injured.

    No big surprises.

The biggest surprise is that Cork was timely with his post.

Well, there goes Brien’s guy – Tonga.

    No surprises.

Anyone know who this Underwood guy is ?

Has gotten very little play, but caught my eye a couple of times. Looks like he can hit and isn’t afraid to come up hard.

  5. CanuckRaider Says:

DT will be the interesting position to watch in the final cuts…Bilukidi or Cumbie?…I have mixed feelings as my home CFL team has Bilukidi’s rights but I’d sure like to see him make the Raiders…This guy could be a beast in the middle.

He’s one of Reggie’s guy who might end up making the team, doesn’t seem to have tackling issues.

  7. hwnrdr Says:

Underwood…the guy that was in GB. I think he was the first pick up of the offseason

  8. CanuckRaider Says:

Underwood played with the Packers…mostly special teams…He has some potential but got into some kind of trouble in GB.

  9. Raider Riff Says:

Is there any reason why we couldnt keep Underwood, Cumbie, and Bilukidi on the 53?

  10. CanuckRaider Says:

At least it wasn’t Mossy Cade kind of trouble.

  11. guest123 Says:

The cut to 75 is negligible. But the upcoming cut to 53 will surely raise some eyebrows.

  12. hwnrdr Says:

Underwood got into trouble for hitting his wife

  13. RAIDERMAN99 Says:

Bilukidi has some quicks. Moves well for a big man.

Nice hands and reaction on the pick off of the Cumbie swat.

Bet he could play TE in a JUMBO goal line package.

  14. CanuckRaider Says:

How many DTs will we keep?…Bryant, Seymour, Kelly, Houston…although Houston and Sey can also play end.

  15. CanuckRaider Says:

The most impressive thing about Bilukidi is how well he plays for a “raw project”…This guy is strong and fast.

  16. Marks hair Says:

Vy gets cut.. its called practice kid

  17. theghostronin79 Says:

Anybody else think DHB made the catch of his career on Saturday? Too bad the game didn’t matter but, HELL of a catch “WITH HIS HANDS” around tight coverage while hugging the defeder? Fantastic…..

  18. Marks hair Says:

The next cut will be tuff for us. Someone decent is going to get cut. I saw one mock 53 that had us keeping only 5wrs so we can keep an extra dt.

  19. guest123 Says:

That was the most impressive catch I’ve ever seen DHB make. It was one-handed even, slipping his hand around the defender’s back and catching the ball and trapping against his back and gripping it on the way down. Most un-DHB-like to make a grab like that. I was thinking, “man Bey! Save it for the regular season!”.

Props to Bey and his smattering of worshipers on that play.

  20. ghostraiders Says:

I still think we need a. Big time.. go to .. wide receiver.. i dont trust any of the ones we have.. dhb..moore…ford…criner…and streater look like the 5 wrs in my opinion..

  21. Marks hair Says:

I wish someone else could longsnap. I hate losing that spot. Its like we have T2 roster spots

Gotta give him props for that. Didn’t really see what he did live, but when I got home, I’ve seen it on the replay…AWESOME!

    Wow. 5 WRs? Ouch.

    I like McGee.

  26. guest123 Says:

I think we are fine at WR. We should carry only 5 unless there is some surprise cut or transaction that Reggie can’t resist. Glad we resisted adding Plex. We don’t need one primary receiver, but better off with a group of receivers who spread the field and play off each other’s success. Palmer will be the beneficiary of balanced WR play, as he’ll see more open throwing lanes.

  27. hwnrdr Says:

I kinda wanted to see that Kyle kid throw a pass in the 4th. I thought it was funny how Schwartz was calling the time outs and it backfired…

  28. CanuckRaider Says:

DHB, Ford, Moore, Criner and Streater if it’s five WRs…I know, my grasp of the obvious…

  29. theghostronin79 Says:

I was also releived to see Jones play the way he did. He showed his speed and ability to own the edge. Heck, that whole game was a huge decompression for me. Jones showed up. Pryor finally made an impact. DHB made me CUSS out loud, Megatron played what 3 quarters almost and had 1 catch? Get the “F” outta here. DMAC looks the same -AWESOME….Little concerned about our Goaline attack though. But overall, I was REALLY worried going into this game because of the implications for regular season…..But I walk away with a smile and kick in my step…NOT just cause they won. But of what I saw on many levels. I’m not preachin to my colleagues that they’re winning the West but, I think we’re gonna be Aaalll-Right :-)

  30. ghostraiders Says:

We wont win any superbowls with these wrs.. thats for sure..

  31. hwnrdr Says:

Allen was saying that Moore could be back for Thursday’s game against the Seahawks…I hope so

  32. hwnrdr Says:

That goal line stance was kinda worring and it did take the replacement refs a while to sort that one out…but the replay clearly stated the obvious that DMAC had teh ball cross the plane, then it got knocked away…

  33. CanuckRaider Says:

I like our WRs Ghost…The rookies might have a bit of nerves on opening day and the odd route will be blown but the speed and talent is there…and Criner gives us that big target who can go up and get balls…No need for Plax.

  34. CanuckRaider Says:

Someone posted the other day that Jones would “blow everyone away” in the Lions game…Props for a great call.

  35. Marks hair Says:

Megatrons longest route was only 10 yds.. they stayed super vanilla. But it was still a good showing by the d.

  36. Marks hair Says:

Underwood got into trouble for hitting his wife

More recent to that he was also accused of raping a woman after a Packers charity event in Wisconsin.

I don’t think he was actually charged.

  38. theghostronin79 Says:

About Megatron, Yeah, they were keeping it Vanilla but, I watched the week before -my girls a Raven fan- Megatron TORCHED the Ravens time and again. He was pretty much a Non-factor against us.

  39. CanuckRaider Says:

#37: Oh oh…Maybe he is like Mossy Cade…Not good if so.

  40. CanuckRaider Says:

We did a good job covering Megatron but I think Detroit was trying to work the other receivers more.

Allen was saying that Moore could be back for Thursday’s game against the Seahawks…I hope so

    THAT would be great news.

We’ve all heard of receivers being brought on to a new team and getting in right away and making plays.

This is a big game against SD so I hope DMoore could make an impact despite not practicing with Palmer much.

  42. ghostraiders Says:

Canuck… believe me bro.. i dont want shot my own leg plax either… i just think were not going to get over the hump until we get atleast one real go to guy.. a real no#1 wide out… i dont know whos our best wide receiver.. all seem to be ok to good but no solid leader or go to guy .. i know im probably fantasizing.. but i wish we could get someone like an andre johnson.. i dont think we win a superbowl without a player like that at wr..

  43. Kirk Says:

DMAC is not a short yardage runner, we need a big back to run it in at the goal line.

From what I saw(stats), Megatron was targeted 7 times and caught one.

Plus, u don’t wanna see him get beat up like that.

I can see flipping it out to him but we need a guy that can bowl a couple guys over to get at least that one yd.

I wish they would have experimented with Schmitt in that role seeing as it’s “just preseason”.

  47. CanuckRaider Says:

#42: Hear ya Ghost but remember, these guys are still young and if DHB can keep making catches like that look out…Moore’s ability to get open deep will really open things up too.

  48. Marks hair Says:

Lightning Rod Streater looks like a future #1 to me..

  49. CanuckRaider Says:

#44: Yeah DJ, they did a good job on him but they didn’t try to go deep to him like they normally would…Think they wanted to see if Young could get open down the field.

  50. Albinator Says:

“Someone posted the other day that Jones would “blow everyone away” in the Lions game…Props for a great call.”

That would be me CanuckRaider. The kid is electric. The key is keeping him healthy. He doesn’t have the body to take the punishment at the NFL level day in and day out. His style reminds me of what we all though Reggie Bush would be in the NFL.

  51. Raider Riff Says:

Harvey Williams + Nap Kaufman = Taiwan Jones (minus the durability)

Stay healthy TJ and the sky is the limit!

  52. Marks hair Says:

    46. Dmac moved the pile like 4 yds to the 1 before the td.. he isnt the problem. Dmac is an every down back.. best all around back in the league.

  53. CanuckRaider Says:

#48: Agreed Mark…Streater sure snuck under the radar…to our benefit…All we need him to be is a solid #3 or #4.

  54. ghostraiders Says:

Denarious moore looks like our best no#1 go to guy.. but hes only in his 2nd season.. we couldnt win a super bowl with the great tim brown and the great jerry rice… i hope these young guys can mature really fast… there is no doubt we do have talent at wr but i think just a lil too inexperienced..we shall see..

  55. CanuckRaider Says:

    #50: A faster Reggie Bush…Good call.

  56. guest123 Says:

No knock on Taiwan, but we need a replacement for Mike Goodson who was hardly seen last Saturday. If the coaching staff lost faith in him, we need to bring in another similar type RB on the cut down day. Taiwan isn’t built to shoulder DMC’s workload if needed. Love the speed and quicks, but the over/under for him to get hurt is 2 games consecutively.

Brien is gonna be pissed. There goes football circa 1979 down the drain again.

  62. guest123 Says:

I see no reason why we shouldn’t keep feeding Streater the ball in the early season until D Moore works himself back into game shape. Streater approaches every target like a pro, executes the catch, no celebration, just gives the ball to the ref and gets back in the huddle for more. I love his attitude and glad he snuck in under the radar.

  63. Marks hair Says:

54 You said we’d never win with those wrs.. not just this yr..

  64. theghostronin79 Says:

You know what kinda bothered me about D.Moore? When Criner caught that first TD from Pryor, he was getting all kinds of congrats. Even DHB ran over to him and was jumping up and down, just happy as hell. You could Tell Darrius was happy for the kid….and there was Moore, sitting on the bench by himself looking disinterested as he spat on the ground. I dunno, maybe it’s nothing. I just like when guys get involved with their team.

  65. guest123 Says:

I don’t see Underwood making the cut, just because they list him as a FS and have Huff/Gio in place.

  86. Just Fire Baby Says:

Seems like in the nickle package, Huffy is sliding to nickle corner and Gio is at FS.

So, expect to see a ton of Matty G on the field this season.

I hate to start sounding like a “fan-boy” but everytime I hear Houdini speak, I become a bigger and bigger fan.

He needs 2nd team reps. We saw what a huge difference him getting the 2nd team reps made.

  92. J Hill Says:

Huff has a high cap #.

Underwood, MM34, Gio, and Branch all being more than capable of playing S at a high level makes Huff a possible cap casualty.

Him playing corner might save his spot since DVD and Chekwa haven’t stepped up.

  93. aig-raiders Says:

lol @ #88. I saw Debo’s post too. A fan of VY here but dude doesnt have it all in his head.

Gio has a knack for the ball. Some has it and some dont. I think Gio will flourish in Tarver’s system.

  94. Just Fire Baby Says:

I still see McCann ahead of Lee, IMO, due to our need for a guy to return kicks and punts, and he can do both fairly well.

If Ford is healthy, or they like Taiwan to fill in, McCann could be gone.

If not, he stays, and Lee, Chekwa and DVD are fighting for one MAYBE two spots.

Yeah but if Huffy is the nickel, we need to keep an extra S. Especially since it looks like we could go short on CBs with only 4 or 5 (Bartell, Spencer, Lee, Checkwa). Huffy is basically like keeping a 5th CB. I must say I love our secondaries versatility.

And like JHill says, all these guys (Underwood and crew) are on our first team ST unit. I think they all make it. Underwood is one of Reggies guys and he’s played good. No reason to think he isnt going to make it.

  96. Raider Riff Says:

I wonder what the real deal is with VY. The guy has a unreal winning percentage.

  97. Just Fire Baby Says:

Gio’s hustle on the kickoff/punt (can’t remember which one it was) saved points as well.

You can knock his perceived lack of talent, but he gets 110% production out of said talent.

  98. Just Fire Baby Says:

Not sure about ST’s helping or hurting guys right now.

I mean, it is a good sign that a guy is on the #1 units, but those units are stinking right now, so not sure if it is almost counter-productive to them.

And like JHill says, all these guys (Underwood and crew) are on our first team ST unit. I think they all make it. Underwood is one of Reggies guys and he’s played good. No reason to think he isnt going to make it.

You could be right, I’d be a happy camper if they could make room for Underwood also.

I wonder what the real deal is with VY. The guy has a unreal winning percentage.
    ——————
But prob very little brain cells. You can only play streetball for so long in this league before they adjust to you. I remember he was so elusive to take down whenever he took off and it made for a nitemare with him and CJ2k together back there.

    ———-

QB, above all, is a “judgement” position. It requires you have excellent judgement.

So far, nothing VY has ever done says he has good personal judgement.

But dang, he can play. I cant argue against that. The numbers dont lie, he won games.

But like you said, he had CJ2K back there and a O-Line that was so good it made Kerry Collins a pro bowler. And a VERY good coach in Jeff Fisher.

Nice to have you in the convo AIG. Youre an all 2nd team member of this blog IMO. Top 8.

Yup. When you are the 3rd pick overrall, the team designs a playbook around your ability. When you’re no longer on that original team, they’re going to require you to pick up their playbook. I bet VY wishes he never created so much issues in Tenn.

    ————-

Im surprised to hear that he ran that fast. You wouldnt know that from the routes they have him running.

But that just goes to show how smart he is. 4.3 speed is so difficult to throw too for a QB. A smart WR keeps it in 3rd gear 90% of the time so the QB can zero in on him. Streater understands this. DHB finally looks to have figured it out.

  114. aig-raiders Says:

    @Raider Riff, thanks man.

@JFB, I dont think we will have any prob with Streater catching the long ball. He avg a crazy 33+ yds per catch in college. Teams respected his speed so much they played 15+ yds off him. That college coach must be an idiot for not throwing more. Here are some good hilites of catching over the shoulder and others.

Streater reminds me more of a younger Donald Driver or Derrick Mason. Finds the seam and works his body and hands to acquire enough space to get to the ball and then vacuums it away before the defender can make a play. +++++++++++++++

I’d like that. The logjam is along the defenisve line (a good problem to have) If they decide to keep 9 Dlinemen, they may have to go with 5 WRs.

    100% roster locks:

    Seymour
    Kelly
    Houston
    Bryant
    Shaughnessy
    Tollefson

New draft picks who are 90-95% locks:

    Crawford
    Bilukidi

That’s 8, which is the full complement…the problem is that both Dominique Hamilton and Jamie Cumbie have made strong cases to make the team. Do you make yourself thin at WR to keep one or both?

  134. Just Fire Baby Says:

I like Moore a lot, but he dropped his share of passes last year.

And his big plays were an explosion of athletic talent, not all that precise, work the defense stuff Streater has been doing so far.

  135. J Hill Says:

Clear as day that Streater and D Moore will eventually be our top WRs.

And that is no knock on DHB, Criner, or Ford.

I LOVE all these guys, and the way their skillset compliment each other.

But your eyes don’t lie. Streater is the real deal.

What kinda contract does he have?

Don’t want to lose this guy next season.

  136. DennisAllensVisor Says:

McGee is not making the team.

  137. guest123 Says:

Not only does Streater have a polish that others lack, he has a body that looks lithe and flexible and he knows how to take a hit and how to position his body after the tackle. It’s only a guess, but he looks like he could be or should be a lot more durable than others. And I love the demeanor he displays. It’s like none of this success is a surprise to him. Very Barry Sanders like clocking-in-to-work type post play reaction. He has high expectations of himself, and it shows.

  138. Just Fire Baby Says:

The general consensus seems to be neither.

Goodson looks good when he holds onto the ball but that hasnt been often.

All we need for a return man is someone like Tim Brown (his last year in Oak) to just fair catch and take the 20 yds. Our return KO return yds instantly goes up 9 yds per KO.

    —-

Exactly. Makes no sense to cut him.

Your not gonna make an improvement on the waiver wire at this point.

  189. Macho Man Randy Savage Says:

I read saturday on NFL.com some analyst saying he did not think Palmer was a good fit for knapps offense. he mainly cited the INT’s as evidence to make his point. finally I saw the game last night. the NFL.com dude is on crack, Palmer looks good, the O is looking better, and Streater is for real, this guy will catch 80 balls this season.

  190. Just Fire Baby Says:

Why keep Goodson? He didn’t bounce back in game 3 from his horrific game 2 and maybe the coaching staff didn’t have any faith to try. If he can’t secure the rock, what good is he as a ST ace? Dime a dozen guy at that point. We can do better.

    **************************

My point is, I don’t think Goodson’s roster spot is weighted much upon his ability to run with the ball.

Not what he was brought here to do, and won’t be asked to do it much this year.

If he is playing well on ST, not sure if he is or not to be honest, he will stay.

    What do you suggest DAV?

    —-

    CB – Ron Bartell
    CB – Shawntae Spencer
    FS – Michael Huff
    SS – Tyvon Branch
    - Pat Lee
    - Chimdi Chekwa
    - Demarcus Van Dyke
    - Mike Mitchell
    - Matt Giordano
    – Bryan McCann
    – Brandon Underwood

    ———

We’re pretty much all in agreeance that we’d like to keep Underwood as a 5th safety.

It’s whether we should keep a 6th CB or not. Would keeping DVD come at the expense of our D-Line depth in your opinion?

Something going to have to come up short in order to make this all work, WR (maybe only 5). I could see McGee clearing waivers and then becoming a Practice Squad guy.

  193. Just Fire Baby Says:

    DVD doesn’t play any ST.

Underwood, Lee and McCann all do.

So what are we going to do, keep DVD on the 53 and give him the Bruce Campbell treatment on gamedays and make him inactive?

    THAT makes no sense.

His roster spot is contingent upon contributing in the DB rotation.

The OLine needs to start dominating more on goal line and short yardage runs.

The national guys didn’t even watch the game. They are going strictly off the stat sheet. Palmer does have to cut down on the INT’s, but he threw for 180 yards in the half and moved the offense well. I thought he played well except for the one huge mistake.

Palmer’s going to throw picks, he has that attitude that he can thread the needle on any play.

I am more concerned that his first two picks this preseason were on 1st and 10.

    Unacceptable.

True, however, I don’t see CP taking those risky throws in the regular season…I hope.

I think objectively you have to be concerned with Palmer’s INT’s. No way to dismiss them when it’s each and every game so far. And they are mental errors. Not that on the whole his game is very good, but one mistake can be the difference in a tight game. Not calling for panic, but there should be some concern for Palmer to pick up his game and expectations that he adapts to the new offense and grows in it.

With a QB with a gunslinger mentality, it’s all about the good outweighing the bad. For every boneheaded INT that makes you tear your hair out, does your QB throw two (or more) sick passes into tight windows that lesser men would fear to attempt?

For right now, the answer with Palmer is “yes.”

    ********

If the type of interception was the tight window to a one on one coverage receiver downfield, then I have no problem with it and will take the good with the bad. But it’s the double coverage late throws to unatheletic tight ends and botched screen passes at the line that are headscratchers. Can’t have those mental mistakes.

As usual the clueless national media (who don’t really watch the Raiders) put up the stat that Palmer has more in’ts (4) than any other QB thus far in preseason.

Failing to mention that the one to McGee was not even close to being Palmers fault.

Reece has taken a couple check downs from cp3. But no they havent run a play for him.

    ^^^^^^^
They handed the ball off to him a few times in the game versus Dallas also.

I hope Knapp is keeping Reece hidden as his secret weapon.

HOPE is the key word here!

Agreed DJ, We need a replacement for Bush. On CP3’s lack of TD’s (to cover those as well)…if you think about it no Moore, Ford, Myers and to an extent DHB all he has worked with. I think he was forcing the ball to new guys to see if they would make a play.

    ^^^^^^^
Reece is the only viable replacement for Bush.

He can run the ball (not as shifty as Bush) he can catch the ball probably better than Bush and he can run deeper routes better than Bush and run screen routes. Reece is also faster then Bush. Reece just can’t block as well as Bush.

If the type of interception was the tight window to a one on one coverage receiver downfield, then I have no problem with it and will take the good with the bad. But it’s the double coverage late throws to unatheletic tight ends and botched screen passes at the line that are headscratchers. Can’t have those mental mistakes.

    ====================

I saw the stats before I saw the game and I was pissed, then watched the game and was relieved a bit. The screen pass, Taiwan was turning to catch and the lineman had a hold of his jersey and held him in place. It was a millisecond decision by Palmer, I doubt he could see that Jones was being held. LUCKY INT for that D Tackle…. The other throw was to McGee, Nice pass by the way. McGee extended and caught the ball at the high point, as he was bringing it down to secure it, the DB popped it out while wrapping him up, another “LUCKY” LB was RIGHT there. The ball litereally fell right in his hands without effort. Almost one of those flukey pics that happen once in awhile, ball off the foot, off someones facemask, rolls across someones back and intercepted. Not trying to avoid the issue but, I didn’t feel those were terrible throws or a knock on Carson. They were both pretty flukey I think…..It can happen.

Had my first FFL draft yesterday. Let me know what ya think:

    QB’s: Big Ben, Cutler
RB’s: Lynch, Ridley, Wells, Blount, Hillman
    WR’s: Roddy, D. Bowe, S Johnson, M. Williams, J. Jones
    TE: Graham
    K: Bryant
IDP’s: Willis, Cushing, Super Mario, Avril, Weatherspoon

    I need a backup TE.

Only mistake I made was not getting hand cuff for Lynch and Wells.

    —-

Getting Wells is a mistake all in its own LOL.

    ^^^^^^^
Yeah, I see what your saying. I wanted RB depth and I took him in Round 8. So I figured it was worth the risk for a pick in Round 8.

He is back and he will be the starter…until he gets hurt. hahaha

You’re weak at the RB position…trade one of your WR for a back up plan (Lynch).

    Your Team
    1. Darren McFadden (Oak – RB)
    2. Matt Forte (Chi – RB)

    4. Brandon Marshall (Chi – WR)
    5. Vernon Davis (SF – TE)
    6. Dwayne Bowe (KC – WR)
    7. Torrey Smith (Bal – WR)
    8. Cedric Benson (GB – RB)
    9. Greg Little (Cle – WR)
    10. Kenny Britt (Ten – WR)
    11. Ronnie Hillman (Den – RB)
    12. Ronnie Brown (SD – RB)
    13. Green Bay (GB – DEF)
    14. Carson Palmer (Oak – QB)

    $$$$$$$$$$$$$$

$4 million for a fat alcoholic kicker
    $5.75 million for a punter who doesn’t workout/ punts in the off-season.
    $1.5 million for a LS
    —————————————
Ten million of that money could have went to signing better defensive players

If Lechler/Jano prove that they can still be amongst the best kicking tandems this year, I have no problem keeping them for what they’re paid.

  442. DennisAllensVisor Says:

Despite their anonymity, a team lacking a skilled long snapper can be seriously undermined. A famous example of this was on January 5, 2003 during the 2002 wild card playoff game between the San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants. The Giants during the regular season had suffered missed field goals due to the lack of an experienced long snapper, and signed Trey Junkin out of retirement to be the snapper for the playoff game. Junkin botched a snap on a field goal attempt that could have won the game for the Giants, who had led 38-14 at one point in the game.[5] Brad St. Louis of the Cincinnati Bengals was another long snapper who, besides having already misexecuted two snaps in clutch situations in 2005 (wild card play-off game against the eventual champions Pittsburgh Steelers) and 2006, gained even bigger notoriety in 2009, when he delivered five bad snaps on either field goal or extra point attempts (leading to missed, aborted or blocked kicks) in the first five games of the season, which led to the then ten-year veteran being released from the team.

It’s pretty difficult, from what I understand. You’re throwing a 7 or 15-yard pass upside down between your legs, and have to block also.

Had my first FFL draft yesterday. Let me know what ya think:

    QB’s: Big Ben, Cutler
RB’s: Lynch, Ridley, Wells, Blount, Hillman
    WR’s: Roddy, D. Bowe, S Johnson, M. Williams, J. Jones
    TE: Graham
    K: Bryant
IDP’s: Willis, Cushing, Super Mario, Avril, Weatherspoon

    I need a backup TE.

Only mistake I made was not getting hand cuff for Lynch and Wells.

    —-

Getting Wells is a mistake all in its own LOL.

    ^^^^^^^
Yeah, I see what your saying. I wanted RB depth and I took him in Round 8. So I figured it was worth the risk for a pick in Round 8.

He is back and he will be the starter…until he gets hurt. hahaha

    =========

You’re weak at the RB position…trade one of your WR for a back up plan (Lynch).

    ^^^^^^^^^
I am dangling Big Ben or Cutler for Sproles or Ryan Williams to a team who needs a backup QB.

There were 3 guys who drafted two QB’s on the same by week. haha

  449. Bo Schembechler Jackson Says:

Condo is turrible in coverage too.

    Must: good longsnspper

Not a must: Longsnapper with no other value to 53 man roster

  450. J Hill Says:

Palmers 2 picks were nothing to be concerned about.

Jones was CLEARLY held on that screen pass.

McGee caught the ball on that 2nd pick and fumbled it to Det.

  451. RaiderRob Says:

Wish I was as excited about a qb who looked really lost in previous weeks, who went 3 for 5, where even he admitted one of the td’s was a really bad throw.

    Ya, he can run.

    Except he’s not a rb.

  452. Bo Schembechler Jackson Says:

Sebastian Turdellski needs to get in shape

  453. DKnight007 Says:

I like Ridley from the Pats alot this year. Plus his backup Vereen is hurt.

Every single team in the NFL has a ‘no other value to the 53 man roster’ longsnapper.

If your a raiders fan why would you draft bowe? Fck him he’s the enemy. I hope we break every bone in his body. What do you hope? We win 42-38 and bowe has 10-220-3td’s? To quote arron curry ” hand over your eyepatch and swords and remove yourself from raider nation”

FFL isn’t about drafting with your heart.———————————————————————

My heart bleeds silver and black everyday, all day and year round. I cant sweep my love for the raiders under the rug whenever i feel like it.

This is about winning a FFL title that has big money involved buddy.

Sure I hope when the Raiders play KC, they shut Bowe down. But when Bowe isn’t playing the Raiders, he can be as productive as possible for me to win my FFL.==================================================

I still dont agree with it, but we are both entitled to our own opinion
