First offensive play for Pitt, Rolando will try to body slam Ben and snaps his back, out for career. Seymour rushes to the rescus and knocks out Ben again, suspended and kicked out! Travis Goethal gets body slammed by Pouncey and Desmond Bryant gets a sack! After 50 yards of penalties, 3-0!
OK, just kidding of course…had to break the monotony here!

On the first play ur asking about, Meyers was the hot read. Palmer should have had him stay. We’ll never know if it was a bad play call. CP3 had zero time. I put that play on Palmer.

On the Reggie run. Its exactly as PA says. Rolando was about the only guy doing anything right. The DE lost the edge, so did the CB. The play should havebeen contained. Romac had his gap and instead of branch making the angle he shoots right up into romacs and collides into his back.

Just pathetic.

You guys remember the Miami game in Oakland 2 years ago ?

Miami sure did.

Was Hartline abusing our left CB repeatedly on the same play eerily reminiscent of Walter McFadden getting toasted over and over on the same play and same side 2 years ago, or what ?

I like what I’ve seen from Tarver so far, but can’t understand how you can get beat over and over by the same play without coming up with some sort of adjustment.

I don’t think the Fins had a positive pass play to their left the entire game (with the exception of one play Spencer got flagged for defensive holding).

I don’t think that right now Tannehill can throw to his left to save his life and other teams will exploit this. We didn’t.

I don’t know if this has been posted yet, and if so I apologize–Its tough to scroll through 700 posts–
However, this is a pretty accurate illustration of DMAC’s struggles as of late…and I think SilverNBlackPA and some of you other guys are right…DMAC breaks that one play, and the lightbulb goes on for him. I KNOW it can happen. Its just like what happens in golf, or snowboarding, or diving or anything. Until you do it, your unsure and hesitant..but once you do: You can feel it, and it becomes part of you. Physicality is about feeling what to do, not about THINKING what to do.

I bet if Pittsburgh puts Mendenhall out on the field on Sunday (in his condition) he’ll still get over 100 yards rushing!

My money says Antonio Brown will have a field day on Sunday…somewhere along the lines of 150+ receiving 2+TD kinda day!
