Ben Roethlisberger threw a pair of 4-yard touchdown passes to Heath Miller and was attacking the Raiders wounded secondary with success.
A bright spot for the Raiders _ a bolt of lightning 64-yard touchdown run by Darren McFadden on his first carry. That’s eight more yards than he had on his first 26 attempts.

The play was actually a designed run from the top. It was Palmer’s responsibility to audible the direction the run should go, based on what he saw in the D. He didnt audible from pass to run.

Its not really that difficult to tell the type of play that is being called. Maybe to casual fans, but for coaches, scouts, players, or people that generally study football on a daily basis, these are things that are basics to point out and see. There are some pretty good books on basic formation that are out there, just dig on the internet.

Good play action, but no one open downfield. Thats because our designed routes are elementary and dont provide separation. That is KNAPP’s fault. Our WRs havent been able to get open all season, because the routes being called for them suck and are easy for D’s to read, react to, and cover.

Ausberry, another mismatch nightmare for opposing D’s that Knapp never uses, along with Reece. Where are the 2 TE sets where Ausberry could get open? Do you know what Sean Payton or Bill B. would be doing with Ausberry? Knapp has NO imagination, NO vision, is still trying to play catch up in learning what HES trying to teach, and is setting our players up for failure because HE cant set up a good game plan. Its clear as day. This guys offense play calling is @ss.
