So much for this highly touted D-line. Pressure will be a problem no matter who we have as our corners. If we blitz, we risk a big play like the huge 3rd and 7 conversion on Denver’s first drive.
The answer is not as simple as some fans like to make it. You can’t just solve our problems with the blitz.

Manning is eating our lunch. The real test will be the half time adjustments on the D side. Manning gets rid of the ball too quickly for our D-linemen to get at him. The best thing they can do is get their hands up to block the passing lanes. That, and stuffing any run attempt.
CP3 needs to keep pace with Manning. If he does, we still have a chance.
