YEAH!!!!! The A’s are the embodiment of what Oakland is all about. The Raiders need to hang around the A’s more often to learn what it means to have some heart!

A's = team with ballplayers who make plays and are knocking on the door of the ALCS! Raiders Take Notice!!

Mistic1 Tha Supavillain Says: Hue jack started the ball rolling deconstructing davis’s raiders when he brought in palmer, the qb that davis vetoed in the off season. " palmer and knapp will need to produce big time "=================================So now it's revisionist history and slander by association.
@YoungAmerican
So you agree with Mistic that all that ails the Raiders offense is a bad QB?

That our running game isn't the fault of the O-Line or McFadden, but Palmer...

Jackson = a great play caller

I would bring em back to run the offense. Thats about it.
===========================================

If Jackson was as great a play caller as some of you think, Janikowsky would not have had such a great year. Jackson would set up for FG’s not TD’s. That’s one of the reasons why we lost. And let’s not even start about the goose eggs he kept putting up in the 2nd half of games.
=============

Who would you have running the offense right about now?

Hue or Knapp?
Its not even close.
Knapp came in wit this BS zone scheme. Totally fked our offense up.
Last year the problem wasn't the offense, it was the defense.
This year its both.

That was one of the dumbest articles ever written. lst off “if” Jackson made the playoffs? Jackson basically went 0-5 down the stretch when it mattered most. AND Jackson was getting rolled badly. Right there it says he could not compete with other coaches OR his team quit on him or BOTH.
===============

wow bra. You have left out the fact that hu jack lost his starting qb, many teams have tanked when the starter goes out. ask the colts, or what about kitna subbing for romo. ther is a huge drop off in most cases when the starter goes out. Although you may not want to admit this but the starting qb had the offense in high gear, palmer be it rust or lack of knowledge in the playbook wasnt really able to match or sustain what jc started. i dont simply mean the stats but the leadership and winning too.

You lose your starting qb and 9 times out of 10 it will be painful

An offense based around a vertical passing game and low-percentage throws = more picks for Palmer.

Seymour – doesn’t seem like you read the article very carefully. It was in no way saying that Hue still being around would make a difference for the Raiders. Just the opposite, in fact.
=========================================

No I did get that, but still I don't want to hear Jackson was waaaay better, or that the players would have played harder. We saw it, they didn't.

Norv Turner and AJ Smith running the Chargers into the ground. They have promoted Jackie Battle as the starter over Ryan Mathews. LMAO

So the Writer is saying a better running game with a healthy McFadden leads Palmer to throw more or the same amount of interceptions? What is it? You can't have your cake and it to. The writer to come to the scenario of 1-3 for both coaches at the end of game four don't have a leg to stand on. All I think he is saying in the article is give Reggie and DA time.

I also think it is untrue that the writer said Hue Jackson's offensive took time. the Raiders had an Identity from the Start. How else could McFaaden be the leading rusher through game six?
Reggie / DA supporters including the writer nice try but try again!
