@134

That’s interesting but who would we replace McClain with? I’m thinking its going to take Curry a couple of weeks to get in ‘game shape’, plus some acclimation to the new defensive play book. Goethel? Still need another body, I think.

If there’s a decent offer, take it.

Go Raiders!
====================================
I'd love McClain to come good but I feel that his mediocre play as good as it gets as far as playing for the Raiders. Also Curry has health issues so he is the long term answer?
I am hoping Burris turns into another Matt Millen with with better pass coverage skills.
Go Raiders!

Wow. SnB, that’s a heck of a stat.

“Michael Vick has 30 turnovers in 30 games.”

Can you imagine the Eagles’ forums?
————-
Who gives a fk? Does that mean that Palmer has license for 30 turnovers?

=======================

that means, Palmer would be able to comeback and tie the game, as opposed to running and fumbling or getting sacked and fumbling.

2nd or 3rd is out of the question. Look at Curry, 4th pick in the draft, traded for a 7th. McClain might bring a 5th

*******

we gave up a lot more than just a #7 for Curry. We owe Seahawks a conditional pick - I think a #4. May be contingent on Curry making 2012 roster, can't remember the details.

But I wouldn't give up more than a #6-7 for Romac at this point, if I were a GM.

hope Curry's physically ready for comeback. I have always thought he would be best inside at LB. Much better going forward than laterally among the reasons. He can play downhill.

Romac had a few good plays and a real nice run stuff or two vs. Atlanta, but for his salary and draft status...looks like they're phasing him out.

Burris needs to play, I say Curry to primarily play ILB when healthy, maybe in a 3-4 in future years

Oh, goody!

Let the master of the late hit outta bounds play....can't hurt.

+++++++

– Weak-side linebacker Aaron Curry is slated to practice Wednesday for the first time since he was placed on the physically unable to perform list at the start of training camp with sore knees.

In other words you don't Slolando...

You can always apply for the janitor job Slo. Don't have to be very quick at all to put that little round smell good thingy in the urinal!

++++++++++

McClain has come under fire from fans for his lack of consistency as an impact player. In Burris, Allen sees a young player who gets better each game.
“He’s not a repeat mistake offender,” Allen said. “He makes the corrections, he understands football and concepts and he’s able to make adjustments and get things corrected. As long as he continues to do that, he’ll continue to improve.”
