Halftime: Raiders 10, Bucs 7

Rod Streater’s 25-yard touchdown reception from Carson Palmer with 1:20 left in the half kept alive a notable streak and allowed the Raiders to go into halftime with a lead.
The Raiders have scored inside the final two minutes of the first half in every game this season, and none was bigger than Sunday’s score. Trailing 7-3 and sputtering, Palmer hit Darrius Heyward-Bey down the right sideline with a 46-yard strike, a one-handed catch against Eric Wright.
After throwing incomplete twice, Streater beat E.J. Biggers and caught a perfectly thrown sideline pass from Palmer for the touchdown.
The bad news was running back Darren McFadden was out with a leg injury and questionable to return.
Tampa Bay’s Connor Barth missed a 54-yard field goal attempt at the gun.

HELL YEAH NATION! This is going to be a close one but we can get this victory. Hope DMAC is ok, but we get to see what Goodson is made of. Palmer is a beast, Streater is nasty, and DHB…where the fck did that awesome one-handed grab come from? What a fighter, what a Raider. Liking what I’m seeing from the defense, just need to cover better and get through this bucs O-line.

How is it that a large percentage of our best plays get called back to penalties? And the penalties are often so bogus that the producers wont show a replay?

Yep. It’s Knapp’s fault that the RT isnt “comfortable” in the WCO system. Blocking is so radically different in this system versus the one Willie Smith was doing last year at his junior college, that Knapp is an idiot for ever expecting him to be able to pass protect.
