The Raiders have a third-and-7 at their own 43 to open the second quarter.
Baltimore scored on a 48-yard field goal by Justin Tucker and a 1-yard sneak by Joe Flacco, the latter capping a 63-yard drive where the Ravens had two key third-down conversions. The most damaging was a 40-yard Flacco-to-Ed Dickson pass over Philip Wheeler pass to the 4-yard line on third-and-10.
Reserve linebacker Travis Goethel injured a knee in punt coverage and will not return.
