Let’s face it. No professional HC is going to blame his lack lustre players for where his team is at. He has to remain positive and say goods things about them. In private I am sure he speaks differently but all these media interviews are just that, media piffle. It’s part of the NFL. So stop reading too much into his interviews. He knows his talent level for the team is poor and he is doing his best with what he has at hand. One more thing, Hue Jackson DID publicly attack his players and not because cared about us but because he cared about Hue. think that is why RM fired him.

He isolate Al Saunders who’s been in the game longer than Allen has been alive. Wiz Sr. saw the moronic zone blocking scheme and saw immediate failure so he resigned. The guy opens the season with NO back-up long snapper. He used DMac on approx 75% of all offensive plays, despite his history of injury. He kept guys on the team he knew he’d never play. He had multiple offensive weapons, but elects to use them one at a time verse spreading things out. He built a team with no kick returner. He moronishly stuck with his buddies worthless zone blocking scheme until the season was virtually lost. He consistently fails to prepare the team for the 1st and 3rd quarters. In short Allen is in way over his head and should be fire immediately. Continuing with a proven loser is foolish.

Yeah, they were talking about Davis’ comments on the Coaches Show, and Davis shouldve backed his guy – Brian Billick was saying; anytime an owner speaks during the season, its usually not a good thing for the organization or the coach. Referred to Mark Davis as a “rookie owner” while Steve Mariucci was defending Davis saying maybe he is trying to shake everybody up and put people on notice. Denny Green was saying “This is our guy” and thats all owner Mark Davis, should have said.

Pryor could be another Kap, however as Raiders fans we may never know. dennis Allen is a super vanilla, garbage coach who has failed to ever properly utilize his players. The guy’s a piss poor excuse of an NFL HC.

#135. Any guy dumb enough to hire a staff loaded with friends, has no buusiness leading or being in charge. Idiots and failures are the only people dumb enough to hire a group of friends and/or family.

As a rookie head coach Allen needed to find the best assistance available. Guys with experience and a proven track record. Guys he could learn from, not clueless buddies. For that alone he deserves no second chance. First impressions say alot. besides he’s lost the team and will never get them back. Once you blow it the way he has, your/his subordinates rightfully concluded his a clueless moron and they simply fall into collect a check mode.

Inherited a bad situation!!!! DA took a bad situation and made it worse. This team went 8-8 two years in a row. If he can’t go at least 8-8, it’s regression. No ifs, ands or buts about it.
