Parcels, Walsh, Bellechick, Johnson might have had a bad first year but all were head coaches at some level before nfl success. Bellechick being something of exception but he too had to learn on the browns nickle. All those guys had a ton of experience before being HC and all their bad teams showed flashes. DA has nothing to compare - no flashes - nada zilch. You got to earn it. Christ he even has a somewhat decent QB. Make no mistake this is as bad as it gets. The only way it gets worse is when Palmer gets injured and they bring in Leinart. Which again will PROVE they have no clue how to build for the future. We got what we got cause nothing has changed.
