Coaches are suppose to be motivaters too. The Rams hired Jeff Fisher and they are competing. They were one of the worse teams in the NFL last year. The Raiders don’t have any coaches with fire. The Colts, Rams and Redskins have no more talent than the Raiders but they have coaches that the players believe in. Raider coaches looks like Boy Scouts and a lot of these grown men players don’t respect them.

On Sunday, there was no mistaking that Palmer deserved the lion’s share of the blame for the Raiders’ 20-17 loss to the Cleveland Browns at rain-soaked O.co Coliseum…..Please someone show him the door, immediately..also Allen, the coaching staff, the GM, the owner…please help us…the players..blow this team up including the front office!

DEFENSE. We haven’t had it in years. Unless you have a Don Coryell-Dan Fouts quick consisent quick strike offense (rare, and even they never could win the big ones) or a West Coast offense supreme (demands quality players up and down the offense), you had better make defense your star and work back from that.

Head Coach & GM? I have almost no doubt that DA will be back next year. My impulse as a fan wants him gone Monday. But I also believe that to truly know what he can do, he needs one more year. But anything less of the Playoffs next season should be deemed a failure, unless the team Reggie and DA put together next year at the least shows tremendous promise and barely misses the postseason, I believe both Reggie and DA should be gone. An up and down 8-8 is not an improvement by any means next season.
Even only granting 2 years is far better then some of the stuff I’ve endured while bleeding this Silver and Black. I mean I had to stay strong for what I thought was a contract cycle when the Raiders drafted #2 @ #1. In the first year, when he held out, I knew I would be trying to trick myself into believing in him for at least the next 3 years(Thank god it wasn’t 6). I made it, and so did a lot of you, and here we are. Again, staring into the abyss. But there’s always next year, thank Christ.(FU Mayans) I certainly hope Reggie, stockpiles as many draft picks that are allowed for a team to have. If we end up at number 1 I hope it turns into a late number 1 and a 3(or 2). I also, love DMAC(see above about #2). But I purchased his jersey as a rookie for like 60+ and just sold it on Feebay for $18. I hope we can sell on him now before we can get nothing for him later. I would rather have RB by committee.

The defense needs work. But our first pick should be a franchise QB. Palmer is a better than average passer, but he’s not clutch.

ANDthe defense had the Cleveland freaking Browns and the great Brandon Weeden at their own 3 yrd. line with a chance to hold them down and give us a chance to win; and they CHOKED……AGAIN.

The pick was an easy TD for a good clutch passer. The receiver was behind the defense. Thats a 4point lead with another possession to boot.
