DJ Johnny,

The Raiders will not go 13-3 next season with any of the quarterbacks on the roster and by firing any of the assistant coaches. They will be lucky to win 4 or 5 games with the 2013 schedule. They play at Houston, Indianapolis, Dallas, New York Giants, face Peyton Manning twice, and not to mention who plays in Oakland - They will be lucky to win 4 games.

If Pryor were as good as Mistic says he is than I would say definitely move out Palmer…

I’d love to believe Pryor was.

I think TP should start the last 3 games regardless.

It would at least give us a reason to be interested in the games.

=============================================
I've been advocating TP getting some run the entire season.

I couldn't believe that Matt Lice was number 2 and that TP wasn't even ACTIVE.

Absolute proof that this staff is clueless, visionless and incompetent.

I'm not a Palmer basher, but I'm also not a big fan.

Frankly, I think he's competent but extremely overrated.

Better than Jason Cantball, but that's not saying much.

I also don't believe TP is an effective enough passer to be a very good NFL QB, but I'm not certain about that. I certainly would not rule it out.

I believe a competent staff would have had some packages installed for TP and would have attempted to 'ease him in'. Give him a taste.

Look, even if he flamed out entirely, you've lost nothing.

I'll take it a step further.

TP has the athletic prowess to play in some capacity in this league. There is little doubt in my mind about that.

Sure, he wants to be a QB. He's convinced he can do it.

A really good and visionary HC would be able to convince him that maybe that's not his ultimate position (if he flamed out) or that in the meantime he can help the team in some other capacity.

TP doesn't seem to be an idiot. He'll do what's necessary to help the team and bolster his career. At least I'd like to believe that.

If Al was still around, I KNOW he'd find a way to get TP on the field, even if it wasn't at QB.

This staff ? He's lucky to finally be activated and we still haven't had a glimpse as to what the future might hold.

I'm wondering whether Tits and Krapp finally decided to take a look at TP or if the order came from Reggie or Mark.

All I know for sure is that it's about freaking time.

Are u guys seeing the highlights of the Denver game played back over and over on your pc's as well?

I keep seeing them replay the Adams int. and i've seen that same play many times...except everytime i've seen it with us before...our CB is looking at the receiver and NOT THE BALL.

Woodson tried to instill that into the DB's and they never got it.

Adams has done it now at least twice....resulting in him picking it off.

Adams also makes a nice play on Decker in the endzone forcing a fg try.

That easy, aye Johnny! lol

One can only wish, that way April-Feb becomes more enjoyable.

Who knows right?

We are due for something unexpectedly GOOD to come to us as far as a player no one expected to be any good turning out to be a probowler, instead of it always being guys who were expected to be good turning out to be total busts.

Karma owes us a visit.

I'm impressed with Phillip Adams.

He seems to possess a key quality absent from our CB's for years...he has an eye for the ball and looks to make a play.

In the past, our corners would not make that int. against Manning cuz they would still be staring at the WR instead.

Did he make the int against Cleveland too?

Who was the guy that made the int against KC? I know Adams made one of those.

At any rate might we be looking at Shawntae Spencer and Adams as our starting corners in 2013?

Floyd would have had trouble with Chavez cause his Philadelphia defense is good for aggressive fighters that shoot for the head, Chavez would have laid the lumber on the midsection like he did on Meldric…
