It's clear there are quite a few posters on this blog who have NEVER run or managed anything their entire life. A competent general manager does cut or waive a starting player or coach until they have someone equal or better lined up to replace the guy being eliminated.

A competent GM would also be more proactive in his search for quality coaches and talent.

Reggie Mc appears to be a low budget trash collector. The guy's the Fred Sanford of NFL GM's

If he didn't give a fake name the only thing he would have received was a fix it ticket. I've received a window tint ticket 2months ago

McClain was arrested for giving a false name not for window tinting.

I guess the cop is lucky that McClain wasn't carrying a gun or he might have got a lot more than a false name.

Arrested for window tinting?

That's just ridiculous and stupid.

No wonder people get mad at the cops.

Seymour Bush Says:
January 8th, 2013 at 4:12 pm

But as I say to you guys a TON on this blog, positions are not just interchangeable. An ILB and OLB are different. A blocking TE and pass receiving TE are different. A RT and LT are different. RT is much more of a road grader type of player more designed to help in the run game. Veldheer has played well at LT. He is a more athletic type of guy and fits well over on the left side. Conceivably, you could move him over to the right side and have him flame out, and then have a LT come in and not develop. Now you have a big problem. So, you want to move him back over to the Left side? Isn’t that EXACTLY what the Raiders did with Gallery? Moved him around until he couldn’t play any position?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You are right Oakglen. Both in the case of Veldheer and in the case of Gallery.

Reggie's Hits/Misses 2012 Draft.

#95 Tony Bergstrom OT
at #99 Texans took Ben Jones C who has proven to be a steal.

#129 Miles Burris LB
No missed gems, good selection by reggie

#158 Jack Crawford DE
at #160 Browns took Ryan Miller OT/G. Reggie could've taken Ben Jones before and then Ryan Miller instead here.

#168 Juron Criner WR
at #170 Colts took Vick Ballard RB.
at #173 Redskins took Alfred Morris RB.

#189 Christo Bilukidi DT
no missed gems.

#230 Nathan Stupar LB
no missed gems, but couldve taken Vontaze Burfict UDFA who at this spot would've been a smarter gamble.
