Carson Palmer being phased out. Probaly one of thee worst trades in NFL history.. as far 1 and 2? lmao no GM would trade for that

The commisioner should have stepped in and blocked the trade since we had had no managment and Al just passed.

I think all of Al’s misses on DBs make fans a bit shy when it comes to drafting them or pursuing FAs (DHall/GWilson). Same thing applies to the Gallery pick, even though we have new management and scouts.
    ———–

Al just drafted ALOT of DB’s every year. But we’ve never really had to worry about CB’s in the Al Davis era. From Willie B, to the Judge, Mike Haynes, Terry McDaniel, Woodson, Eric Allen, Nnamdi

You know what, I really like the Sparano hire. Should be calling plays by week 8.

  • mcfadden20.

Carson Palmer went 22 Tds 14 ints not bad with our rag tag receiving group and one of the worst OC in the league, and no help from running game, with better running game and better receivers, and coordinator, i can see those #s turn into 28-32 TD’s 8-10 Int’s

    and…. HERE WE GO!!

  • dr_robert

    Missdick does it again!

First of all, he talks about his “qb list” like he’s a scout.

Then he proclaims Gardner, a kid who has barely played qb at Michigan, to be the 2nd best qb in the country. After Boyd.

Lets remember, the heisman winner is returning. But a guy who put up some of the most ridiculous numbers college football has ever seen, is behind a guy who started a third of the season cuz Darnell Robinson was hurt. Gardner, btw, had played we the while year until then.

What a clown. He’s the best.

Sparano is a great hire for OL. Checked his stats at NLF.com when he was in Dallas as a OL coach, ranking for total yards in offense:

    2005 – #13
    2006 – #5
    2007 – #3

Then he left for Miami and turned that team from a 1 win season into a playoff team.

We may have hired a steal here guys. Ofense is going to be nasty next year. I like the Olson/Sparano combo running the ball…

    Its a solid hire.

Just hope #20 doent get hurt in week 1.

It comes down to this: if you admit that the Raiders are rebuilding, then we MUST build the lines first and take our lumps while Reggie clears out bad contracts (Kelly, DHB). It makes sense logically, and serves the team moving forward.

How much do we owe RoMac, by the way?

  • papertiger418

    Don’t feed the troll, guys.

  • Mistic1 Tha Supavillain

Lets take a look at 2015

    1. teddy bridgewater louiville he has all of the tools size a rocket arm nice touch a born leader accurate passer in and out of the pocket good mobility and insane toughness. saw him play a game with a broken ankle and wrist and still put up 300 yrads and tds in a win. this guy is unbelievably good

    2. braxton miller ohio state electric play maker getting better each time out on the field. he has a knack for late game heroics and reminds me very much of micheal vick. he has an edge over vick in that he is getting better coaching in college with urban myer.

3.philip sims virginia another dual threat qb in a short time quickly took over his starting role after transferring. Good arm and wheels out of this world.

    4. chukee keaton utah state small school guy will have to work hard to be noticed, but he has everything a qb needs

    5. rakeem cato marshall, his size will scare teams off

  • mcfadden20.

Cap situation would be much better, but we would still be st8ck with some bad contracts, Kelly, Huff, Branch, DHB, ROMAC< MCfadden (Deserves the contract when full healthy) Palmer, Any body else am i missing?

  • RaidersAllday_LtsGeTit

Why is anyone even agruing over PALMER lol.. he would be lucky to get a 7th round pick right now..

YEAH like C Newton is top 5 QB, Griffin will turn out to be the greatest redskin ever, Pryor will set the nfl world on fire, right?

  • Just Fire Baby

Anyone know anything about this WR from Tennesee?

Is he worth a top 15 pick?

    ****************************

There is two from UT in this draft right?

There is the Houston kid, who is DHB circa 2013. Off the charts measurables, looks awesome off the bus, but can’t catch or produce consistantly.

Then they have some smaller dude with a “complex” name that appears to maybe be the better WR.

  • dr_robert

Ok I’m done with him. He’s boring now. It’s enuff to know when the season comes, he will suffer indignation.

  • papertiger418

With this many holes on the team, the QB question is rendered moot by the cap hit.

    Carson #1, Pryor #2.

Reggie”s time and energy needs to be spent elsewhere.

  • Just Fire Baby

Manziel will be in the 2014 draft class, and be drafted way higher than Boyd or that WR at Michigan playing QB.

  • dr_robert

Gardner played four games and he’s 2nd best prospect. Hilarious.

  • ian85

Hahaha omg I can’t stop myself from laughing mystic does it again my god devin Gardner r fcking schitting me lmfao man that guy sucks there’s not a chance in hell that kid sniffs a NFL big board haha That kid will be switching to WR just like denard Robinson is wow where does mystic come up with this comical circus stuff man I actually agree with everyone else on his list tho can’t believe I’m actually saying this but everyone else on the list makes sense except Murray and mccarron will be the first qbs taken then Boyd Murrays bulldawgs r gonna beat boyds tigers in week 1 this coming year bank that and Murray and mccarron will be the top qbs unless JOHNY heisman comes out then it will be manziel Murray mccarron then boyd

  • Just Fire Baby

And what’s with Manziel being in the 2016 draft class.

Did a HS senior just win the Heisman?

  • dr_robert

Pretty sure missdick sucks on old bananas while he types about Pryor.

  • mcfadden20.

    HHAHAHAHAHAHHA

  • SaintKaufman

    Doc, 4 starts? Really?

  • J Hill

    WR Cordarrelle Patterson, Tennessee

If you’re surprised to see a wide receiver drafted this high in a year where many are saying the talent at the position is lacking, don’t be. Cordarrelle Patterson is a value at No. 12 overall.

The Dolphins’ best wide receiver right now is their quarterback, Ryan Tannehill, who spent two seasons split out wide at Texas A&M. Even with Brian Hartline showing some production this year, the Dolphins need to spend at least two picks on wide receivers in the early rounds.

Patterson is set up to dominate in this year’s class, as he’s the most physically gifted of the wide receivers and one of the few players who combines size, speed and downfield ability. If any player at the position has the potential to move up into the top 10, it’s Patterson.

  • ian85

Wrong mystic u moron ofcourse u wouldn’t kno anything about a white qb like JOHNY heisman he was a redshift freshman this past year which means he’s draft eligible in 2014 u dumbschit

  • mcfadden20.

M1st1c only talks about black this black that, one would think he would get tired and would stop, the reason why he keeps coming back is he always lose his arguments, otherwise he would never show up again, but that’s fine, we can keep beating him up in every argument

  • Mistic1 Tha Supavillain

    laslty the class of 2016

    1. brett hundly ucla he has it all size mobilty toughness leadership and out of this world passing ability. i think he is the best of this group

    2. marcus mariotta oregon. the kid showed a very good grasp of the offense at ou and his size puts him ahead of some of the others in this class

3.johnny manziel. this is the little engine that could. he is eric crouch with a better throwing arm. lack of arm strength and size hurt him and limit the kind of offense he can be used in. he finds ways to make plays and he could have a decent career on sundays. I he reminds me of a faster version of jeff garcia

    4. and 4 a evertt gholston and treyvonne boykin. both showed flashes of ability but will have to be much more consistent from game to game and making decisions if they want to imprve thier draft status

  • Just Fire Baby

There was a Toledo QB that Misty tried to tout, and then he played on ESPN and had a worse arm than Matt Leinart.

    STopped talking about him lately.

  • dr_robert

Maybe my fav thing that stooge ever said was that he was touting griffin before anyone in Texas knew about him. Now, lets remember that griffin played at Baylor. In Texas. And missdick was touting before anyone there knew who he was.

  • RaiderRetribution

Joeckel, Warmack, Fischer, Jones, Moore, Werner, Loutelei

Raiders could easily move back 4 spots get a premier player at number 7 overall; 8th spot should KC, Jax, or Phili draft Geno

    Warmack still at top of my board; want us to move back to get a second;

ideally though would be to trade Pryor to Philadelphia for their 1st overall; we could have the 3rd & 4th pick overall; could turn that into thre first and three second round picks

  • Just Fire Baby

  • Raider E

I bet Mistic isn’t even black. He has just got a thing for soul brothas.

  • Just Fire Baby

I am a big fan of Brett Hundley.

Apparently a bigger fan than Mistic as I know how to spell his name and now what year is his senior year.

  • RaidO

Some of Palmer’s game passing stats in 2012. A seasoned vet with all the first string snaps all damn year.

    PIT 209 yards
    @DEN 202 yards
    @KC 209 yards
    @CIN 146 yards
    KC 182 yards

Yeah, Pryor in his first start with no REAL first string reps threw for 150 yards and accounted for 3 TD’s.

Why waste time and money on Palmer when he puts up those type numbers and throws all those critical INT’s? I would like to see TP with proper first string reps and WR’s timing down. Add that run threat and he will do just fine.

  • mcfadden20.
